I feel that I am not really passionate about anything. But I enjoy doing many things at different times. And at some other time I loath it. And at such times I feel that I am at wrong place/wrong job/wrong any thing & I need to change. Once this feeling comes it affects the way I work/behave. It becomes negative & creates a further negative spiral.

Is it a reality that you can be real passionate about something & the emotion remains always at high? I suspect. One needs to recharge it? On the contrary is it true that you can enjoy what you are doing in spite of not having passion for it? How?

when people flirt, like, dropping hints that they like you and attracted to you, but doesn't really tell you straight that they are... is it their way of playing a "safe" game, to avoid rejection or what?

It seems like every night, as I'm falling asleep, I have the same dream. I am on the phone with this guy that I've liked for a few years now. I really want to tell him that I like him, but when I try he starts talking about this girlfriend he has at school. Then he asks me what I was gunna tell him and I just brush it off and say nothing. I get sad as he continues to tell me of his girlfriend and I feel lonely and then he abruptly says he has to go.

I know, I know, Everyone is going to say the 3rd Dimention, but when you think of it this way, wouldn't we be living in the 6th Dimention?...

In movies, they are 2D (We can see them and we can hear them, right?) In 3D movies not only can we hear them and see them, but they also become more than just front and back, they now have sides, let's say they're bulgy. In 4D movies, you can either feel something like water being sprayed on you or something along that line, so now we have 4D (Sight, Hearing Them, Feeling, and 'Bulgy-ness').

So, considering we have all 5 senses and we are 'bulgy' then wouldn't this be 6D or the 6th Dimention?

I've been wondering this for quite some time, and please don't answer if all you're going to say is "This is the 3rd Dimention". Give me a reason of why I am wrong.

Thank You In Advance.

I'm 16 year's old & I have been shy all of my life!!! I hate it so much! It feels like I'm missing out on so much..& missing apart of me that I haven't yet discovered but is so anxious to come out!! I tell myslef "Just have confienence in yourself, don't care about what they think, be yourself, be this be that..." I KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!! That's not my question. You see, I think all of that, but when the time comes to achually DO IT! I freeze & shy-up. I talk all low & stuff.Just not me AT ALL!There's so much to me then what I show people.I know, some day I will overcome it.I just thought I would hear what you have to say about all of this & could maybe help me out.I hope someone understands were I'm coming from..If you do, How did you overcome it???

ALSO, I have my days were I'm possitive & myself..but just to SOME people who I feel comfortable with..Others think I'm stuck up or whatever..I'm not stuck up..Not at all..Im the complete opposite..This is killing me inside..

I have recently viewed a video on this topic and my skepticism is getting in the way of believing it. However, the video spoke about attracting what we want most in life much as science says like attracts like, and that our visualizations and thoughts on what we want, will simply attract those very things without very little effort.

There is a Taoist story of an old farmer who had worked his crops for many years. One day his horse ran away. Upon hearing the news, his neighbors came to visit. "Such bad luck," they said sympathetically. "May be," the farmer replied. The next morning the horse returned, bringing with it three other wild horses. "How wonderful," the neighbors exclaimed. "May be," replied the old man. The following day, his son tried to ride one of the untamed horses, was thrown, and broke his leg. The neighbors again came to offer their sympathy on his misfortune. "May be," answered the farmer. The day after, military officials came to the village to draft young men into the army. Seeing that the son's leg was broken, they passed him by. The neighbors congratulated the farmer on how well things had turned out. "May be," said the farmer.

when a guy says he only treats you like his daughter but doesn't even have one, how would you react?

it's like this:

a guy checks up on you from time to time out of nowhere to see if you're doing well, and to avoid you from thinking about his motives, he would start to assure you that he only sees you as his daughter without you even asking (also he doesn't even have a child nor does he have a wife), what would you think?

note: the guy is only a year older

guys, can you figure out what's behind this kind of behavior?
