and after that he stop to talk, then a spam appear with other name
and I refuse to talk but somehow I think that could be him...surprise I catch him! that was nasty and danger! Why they doing that? Are they insane?

Meeting people on-line can work for people, BUT you MUST be careful. (If I was looking for a date on-line, I would use one of the on-line services where the background checks are used.. There are such services.)
Do NOT give any personal info like your phone number, last name, where you live.
If you DO decide to meet a man in real life..YOU take his phone number (if he won't give it or only a cell number) most likely he has something to hide, like possibly a wife??? Get his work information and call there..
If you do decide to meet him (or anyone)make it at a PUBLIC place, and tell people where you will be at.
Honestly, and this may sound like over-kill, but if I were ever in that situation, I would do a complete background check on the guy..
It's better safe than sorry... There are some great people on-line, but there are also people who could end up being your worst nightmare.
So.. USE CAUTION.

You can be in real danger. You really don't know who that other person is. I could tell you I am a doctor, or a lawyer, or what ever I feel like telling you and you wouldn't know any different.
I could tell you I am 6 foot tall and muscular and be 5 foot tall and fat. I could even send you fake photos.
Then I could say let's meet at the park and all you see is some guy you don't know and he attacks you...
You just don't know.
