Brain surgeon, Virtuoso Pianist, or the skill of seducing a potential mate?

Probably seduction.

A Brain Surgeon must have a steady hand, steady nerves and a strong understanding of the consequences of every move she makes.

A Virtuoso Pianist is not a skill, it is a rare talent (hence "virtuoso"). But if it were, again it would require a natural sense of rhythm, sensitivity to tone, rhythm, volume, meter and emotion. And the fingers and dexterity to go with it. Add to that an almost intimate connection to any and every piano played.

But the skill of seduction requires much more. It not only relies on the seducer but on the seductee. Everyone is different and responds differently, even if it is just in simple ways. A skilled seduction requires immediate and instinctive responses to those of your partner. A natural "touch" for rhythm, sensitivity, timing and most importantly, an ability to make and maintain an intimate physical and almost metaphysical connection even if it is only temporary.

The most difficult skill to learn is to navigate your brain towards a state of enlightenment that makes you an effective and attractive human being, no matter what you look like. (Okay, if you looked like Jabba the Hut that might be a problem, but you'd still have a lot of friends.). Then you can go on to be a Brain surgeon, Virtuoso Pianist (my favorite), or Casanova.

seducing potential mate can learn through various way like reading or surfing internet...brain surgeon can train to have the knowledge and skills. as for virtuoso pianist it required passion for music , patient and commitment to learn. so i think it is most difficult to learn cuz it need yrs of experience and hard work before it can be successful in this field

all of these depend on the individual ,
the pianist is probably the most difficult because you need to have long fingers as well as the talent
seducing a mate is by far the easiest
billions of people are doing this all the time
far more than there are brainsurgeons or pianists

i know this is the normal response but i'll say it anyway. brain surgeon because it combines both of the other two opinions i.e. the steady hand, percision, timing, and ability to treat different situations but with brain surgeons, they have a life in their hands.where complications are abound and risks are everywhere. it takes a great deal more time, dedication, and preparation to perform just one surgery and the timing, can't forget that. they have to plan it all before whatever they are dealing with gets out of control and results in something worse. Plus you practically have to desensitize yourself to not feel the guilt of losing a life or seeing all that blood when you have to cut open the skull, which is hard for many people.
