The worst bosses are those who either don't understand, or simply don't care about, the basic operations and individuals that they are managing or supervising.

I believe the best bosses are those who not only care about the people they lead, but also those who understand the job that you perform and can relate to the problems that you face on a day-to-day basis.

I've had some crappy ones - most of them didn't care about the intricacies involved in the particular position I was employed in or weren't personable enough to care about me or my co-workers.

The worst bosses are the most demanding ones who think that you owe them big time and for every cent that they pay you, they expect 5 cents of work in return....that's the ONLY way of generating profits for themselves.

They are also the ones who demand that you put your crying children and lonely husband aside and slave for them because they don't give two hoots about your personal issues at home. They only care about their own needs and they expect all your sympathy from you when they catch the slightest cold but when you place your life at stake for them...you are merely doing what's necessary of you.

They constantly remind you that they can easily find someone else who can do the same job as you and don't mind getting paid less. Ironically, they also constantly remind you that jobs aren't easy to come by for anyone because the job market's not looking up.

To worsen things, their moods are more unpredictable than the weather...you'll never know when they'll play a saint or a devil. And when they finally do scream and shout at you over the slightest mistake, they won't hesitate to scream at you in front of all your colleagues or clients just because they've had post-menopausal symptoms. BIG ****!

To top off the whole list of nasty bosses, they shamelessly show favouritism to some employees who are equally shameless in sucking up to them. And these idiotic bosses let these bootlicking idiots get away with EVERYTHING at work.

In short, the worst bosses are also the best teachers...if you survived working for them, you'd survive working anywhere else! And I know for sure myself, that if i were to become a boss in future, I learn NOT to be like them. I know that because I used to report to one old-deprived-of-sex mega *****!

When she was finally forced into early retirement, the dumb office threw a farewell party for her. It started raining and she started crying. Then she retorted in self consolation, 'See, even the heavens are crying for me!' OH MY GOD....speaking about shameless old bit*ches!
