Social Science - 21 November 2007

i have been messing around with a married man for about a week now and today I got a phone call that I didnt know the number and I answered and said hello twice and a woman came over the phone and said "You're in trouble" and then hung up. I called the number back and nobody will answer even on a different phone that I use. So then I text messaged the guy and asked him if she called me and I told him the number and he said he had no idea wat that # is and that she asked him this morning if he had been talking to someone on the side. I told him i DID NOT WANT to carry on anymore with it and he told me to just lay low for a little bit until it cools down w/his wife. He also said that he still wanted to talk to me & he is still gonna text me and asked me if i work this weekend b/c its a gym and he works out there. I guess he wants to see me? All I am asking is... DOES THIS SOUND LIKE HE IS PLANNING ON STILL CONTINUING ON W/ME? I am not saying I will either......please dont criticize!

First off, I like Obama, so it's not like I'm a big Hillary supporter.

And, I get that many males are threatened by a strong female leader with (God forbid!) ideas of her own. But, what did Hillary do personally that upset women?

Is it she doesn't bake cookies? She is not feminine enough? She stood by Bill after he cheated? What is it?

i think habits are humans biggest weakness. smoking, watching a certain show, gambling, drugs, biting nails, etc etc, telling our yong from the start to read bible and go to a organized church puts them in a habbit too, let people make their own decisions when they are 18 years old, when they are little they will do anything older people will do, wait till they get to ethics and make their own decisions, to take it or not. etc etc

main point is, organized religions cause wars, degrades opposite sex, race, causes rebelion (kids not wanting to go to church because their favoright tv show is on, or theyre tired, or lazy or want to stay home) which raises them to grow up to be little shits

no war.

Okay, you had to read the first dream I posted to maybe understand this one. But I was in a upper room with T.D. Jakes and he had just mentioned that God wanted to take control of my life. Then he mentioned something about how many wives did I have. I am not married, but I know who my future wife is. I responed to him in my dream and said I only going to have on wife. After I said this, I was no longer on the upper level but at the bottom. This woman came out and said yeah that's right he's only going to have one wife and that's me. This woman started approaching me and it was my girlfriend from 19 years ago. She walked through a crowd across the room towards me. Then I started to kiss her with little pecks, but not intimately. This dream was really weird to me, but it does have meaning. The dream shifted and I was laying on my back. But this guy was laying across my face with his stomach on my head.

Okay, this is my dream. I was standing in a living room which had maybe 8 to 10 people. I saw pastor T.D. Jakes in the middle of the room. He was looking around the room like he was looking for someone, then he fixed his eyes on me and just stared at me and I walked out of the room. Next scene, I was riding a bike and I saw pastor T.D. Jakes on the opposite side of the road. He looked at me and held up a letter in his hand and shook it at me. I in turned made a left turn away from him and went inside this military fence area. It was a huge fence with concertina wire at the top and 20 ft high. I just looked at him from inside the fence. All of a sudden he started preaching and people who were walking by started to gather and listen to him. Next scene, I was upstairs in my room and I looked out my window and pastor T.D. Jakes was sitting on the roof of the house next to me staring at me. I am sorry this dream is so long. Finally, I was in a upper room with alot of people.

I have had this dream for as long as I can remember..
I get into my car and start driving and I can't control it..It's like it's my first time driving each time I get into the car and I end up crashing each time. I just get totally nervous to drive and start driving recklessly, it's a really weird dream.

It worries me every time I go out and drive...I've had many premonition dreams, or whatever you want to call them..
Any ideas on what this stands for?

i've had horrible nightmares ever since i was a little girl. i've had nightmares about getting raped and watching people get murdered. most of my nightmares are about a man chasing me and trying to kill me. I HAVE A NIGHTMARE EVERY NIGHT. they are extremely graffic and disgusting. no one else in my family suffers from this. why might i get these nightmares? i can usually remember them. sometimes i have to be woken up because my husband says i'm crying. is this some kind of disorder. schizophrenia runs in my family, but none of the schizo's (my mom has it too) suffer from this either. what do you think it could be? by the way, i had an extremely rough childhood, but i've had this before it got rough if i remember correctly. thanks for all the answers!

Have u ever had this happen? I broke up with a guy 2 month ago

My brain is telling me he may not be best for me, he may be impulsive and not very stable emotionally (as in moody, clingy, says he doesn't want to be hurt again) ...I don't know ..this 6th sense is basically giving me some kind warning, but it may be off!

On the other hand, my heart is torn, broken -yes, I feel I like this guy so much that I don't know what to do...I mean, am I not acting just like him? I feel in disarray, completely miserable, walking around hoping it will get better but it doesn't. I am acting so completely out of character (usually cool), just becoming more and more miserable and hopeless.

So how do I listen to my brain? I am in serious pain. A few days ago I burst into tears just when I thought I was better, b/c I basically said out loud to someone that I thought this guy could have been the one. I was shaking.
And all these coming holidays make me feel worse:(

I need help. I am 18 year old male virgin, i have made out with several girls and liked it, and I have never been with a guy. Lately I have been having OCD thought where I picture myself with a guy and for a second I get aroused and then almost immediately feel disgusted. I have nothing against gays, i just do not want to be gay, when I masturbate I think about women, but the one second of arousal is driving me CRAZY...am I gay? Or do i have HOCD? I am 100% sure I have OCD, so these gay thoughts play in my head like a cycle...help...

In my experience, for 18 years as a student, for 5 years as a teacher, and for 7 years working in social services I have noticed that "right and wrong" along with "natural" and "normal" are redefined almost every year. Evidence of this can be observed everytime someone asks, "What is normal?" and states, "There are no absolutes."

I was navigating on a little boat in a vast ocean of... sewage... and there was some kids in the boat with me and maybe I was also one of the kids and my ex-boyfriend's kid was in the boat as well. There was rotten water getting into the boat and I was trying to get it out with a little bowl while we underwent a storm. Im currently living far from home and alone, I dont feel like anyone really depends on me except me but then today my mother called me at work and told me she was worried about me and wanted to hear my voice and it gave me that feeling that I had in the dream.

and what would you have done different about those things. think hard.....maybe you let that first love go when you should have charished her or him. it can be at any time in your life...me i would have listened to my parents when i was a kid bcuz they were always right anyway about everything. i would have picked a good boy to be my first. and i would have never did drugs.....be creative and serious about these things....good luck and thanx for your cooperation and input...oh! by the way it isnt for any paper or project, just my personal curiosity

I recently had a conversation with a friend, regarding this topic. She says that a victim should EXPLOIT the INJUSTICE to the Media, rather than accept only a Restraining Order against the so called, "Rapist." Unfortunately, the details that was given by the individual who stated that her friend was raped and that she lived in the same apartment complex as the Rapist only received a Restraining Order. Not to mention the so called, "rapist" is video taping her in their apartment complex. I find it hard to believe that a victim of rape would only receive justice by being granted a Restraining Order.

Anyway, how many of you would believe the story to be true or false. And if exploiting the injustice to the Media would be benefecial for the victim, and those who may feel that the victim has been raped by the system in giving her a Restraining Order against the so called "rapist.?"

Yes, there are agencies, but what more can they do, besides psychologically helping the victim?

its not really a internship its a volunteer job ...what i do is work at a radio station and I have to read a whole bunch of letters ....in the letters ppl are making wishes to be granted for christmas......
and i have to label them in different categories...and i pick out the ones I feel have touched my heart and its a tough thing to do because I cant really read all of them ..just skim because theres so many of them ..they get them like everyday.....100 or so and now i feel bad because i cant really read them or else it would take me forever...and the boss would prob be like hurry up!! and im feeling parrayoned as if im responsible for those ppl that dont get a opportunity i have always feel if i dont read theres its not fair to them therefore those ppl in need suffer and i feel accountable!! i think i want to tell him i cant just pick which ones i feel r more important or have touched my heart the most because they all sound awful situations
