I only ask this cuz I've just completed what seemed like a trilogy of dreams... My first dream was several years ago: A bunch of us were hiding underground, while some foreign army was bombing us from above. It was complete chaos, like something from a Hollywood movie. Eventually, one missile hit us directly, and I watched the ground crumble onto me & all went black...

A couple years later, I had the 2nd dream: We're in an airplane that gets shot down. As we barrel toward the earth, the oxygen masks come down & we put them on. Suddenly, ppl's faces turn green, w/ almost comical expressions, as I realize the oxygen has been replaced by poisonous gas. Shortly, I black out from it...

Then finally my 3rd related dream came the other night. We're standing on a bridge near St. Louis (where i'm from). Suddenly, I see a giant missile crash down on the Gateway Arch. It flies up, lands in the Mississippi River, and a tidal wave rises up, washing us off the bridge. I end up drowning.

I don't mean professional requirements or social expectations. (Those are a whole other complicated matter!) I mean friends, families, spouses, and other individuals close to you.

For me, the one example that comes to mind is that I never wear my chalk striped double breasted when I am with my mom because she thinks chalk stripes are disgusting and they remind her of the mobsters she knew as a young girl. (She can tolerate a fine pinstripe.)

Part two of my dream last night:

I was walking up to my house that I just moved into and out the front of the side of the driveway, was a brown withered appeared to be dying plant about half the size of me. It had single red grapes growing on the plant. The grapes had dew on them and looked crisp and fresh. I picked one of nearly the size of my hand and bit into in. It was the yummiest grape I ever tasted. Then I offered one to the boy standing next to me and he picked one but did not eat it. The grape I picked seemed very symbolic to me.

Can anyone help?

I want to hear voices of people that reflect their views about the relationship between economics and freedom within the Islamic context. Feel free to write about historical or modern-day economic policy or policies in enhancing or diminishing freedom and prosperity in their country or region. They may propose policy recommendations, emphasizing the principles of property rights, free trade, globalization, etc. within the context of Islamic economic thinking.

Does anyone have any non-biased, educational theories about Islam and Economics? Best answer goes to the most concise answer, thanks!

I have been having a recurring dream about my 2 year old son.

Each dream is different, and I wake up each time before he dies. One dream he was attacked by a dog, another he was choking and another he was hit by a car.

I have had about 10 dreams in the last 4 months, and some were so bad, i didn't want to remember them.

I would love some help of how to stop these dreams and a meaning behid it if anyone can help. I can't let these go on, I'm losing to much sleep and love my son too much for it to keep happening!

It's a fascinating twist in the human mind that the absolutely blameless victim feels the guilt and shame. I would like your opinion on the matter.
PS- You must understand I am not in any way judging these victims!

Alternative fuel research is a top priority, but if there were someone who would discover this alternative method wouldn't it be stamped out by "Big Oil?" Don't the major oils companies have enough influence to say, "we're going to lose too much money on this, don't produce it yet to the government?" What do you think? Is there an answer, but it is just being held up by poitics?
