I've noticed that lately I am quite an angry person. I've tried to 'analyze' myself and to find a possible cause or fault that would cause me to become angry. I can't find any reason, for the most part, things are quite good, no problems with work, finances, goals or ambitions. I'm generally a very laid back person, you know, the type that usually say something along the lines of 'things always turn out for the better' or 'give the problem some time and it may resolve itself as it should'... And it isn't just a subtle anger, it's like a quiet rage and I'm afraid I might snap and let it all spill out physically or otherwise. It worries me because I don't want to lose control and in the process cause harm to my wife or those around me that I love. Are there any tricks or methods I can use to not just suppress it but know how to get rid of the anger when i need to?
