Personality can be defined as a unique set of traits and characteristics. Because they are unique they determine the individual's behaviour across all situations.

This can only change when the person makes a conscious decision to change the way they would normally act. They decide to act differently to the way they normally would, and it takes a lot of effort to keep this going.

Not at all.A lot depends upon the state of mind we are in,while facing or dealing with a situation.However,in drawn out(longer) situations,our personality has time to exert a better influence.

Personality is a kind of nature you possess.Its exposure is through your behavior,mode of speaking etc. etc.Nature is consistent but can be moulded as situation permits.
