Did they bathe? Eat their vegetables? Did they ever say: "Sometimes I just like to sit on the grass thinking about how we are underachieving, as individuals, and as a species"?

i have this thing where i get so angry that i can't stop expressing it. often it comes in the form of feeling that i've been "wronged" or betrayed by someone. i'll get so overwhelmingly mad that i can't express the depth of the anger to the person. the person will usually get angry back, or walk away, or somehow try the end the conversation -- which just makes my anger deeper and more impenetrable / inexpressable.
my question is twofold:
1) how do i deal with the anger while still expressing the depth of it (which is deeply important to me)?
OR
2) should i just be "getting over" it and trying to prevent little things from getting to me so much?

ugh... please help, i'm frustrated and drained and don't know what to do anymore. thanks.

When we are thinking to ourselves we think in words. This is inevitable once we learn a language. Is it possible to find a way of thinking that is pure, unobstructed by words or language and make practical use of it? Is this the way that infants think?

My boyfriend and I have suffered from trust issues. Basically me not fully trusting him. But not because of cheating, because of many occasions where he lied for little or no reason. He thought I'd flip at things I would of rather heard the truth about. After the first few times I caught him lying, we got over it because the reasons were petty. But then I would suspect larger things being a lie, so i would investigate and find out they were. We had a talk and decided he would stop lying and I would stop snooping, so that the never ending circle would end. It worked for awhile. But in the back of my mind I've always realized how easy it was for him to lie straight to my face on so many occasions. I can NOT lie to him so that always boggled my mind. I decided to trust him with everything, so no following up on anything he tells me. But how will I ever know if he's stopped lying if I never follow up. I want to rebuild this trust both ways, what is the best way to do this?

Hi..

Could anyone please tell me why we as adults blame ourselves for abuse that happened so many years ago in our childhood... Why do we blame ourselves yet if we put ourselves in other peoples positions, we wouldn't blame them at all... We can like think of a little child and would we blame them?? No... Sooo why,, i just don't understand.

Also, i'm doing some work and was looking at different reasons why children blame themselves for the abuse.
If you could help i would appreciate it so much.

Thank you .

I am certain the government has the technology to do this, and most likely is or has experimented with it. And lets face it, its coming, especially concidering all the the genetic engineering that is already being offered at ungodly rates to couples who want to have the perfect baby. So the question is, what do you think of human cloning? Do you think it will be eventually legal, years in the future? Is it morally right or wrong?

I get angry when ever in the presence of a ginger... If I ever see them from afar I always find myself yelling insults at them. Whenever I'm within reach of a ginger I become very aggressive and physical with them and often attack them against my own will. I've already injured many gingers by accident. After the fact I always regret my actions, but when a new day dawns my thirst to injure a ginger renews. I just can't control my hate for them until I hurt one. How can I control my anger?? What should I do??? Help

How do you know if a guy really likes you?
I'm seeing this guy 4.. 3 wks now. He calls me, plays pool online almost everynight and says really nice things about me all the time. We have sex and go out. I need to know if I'm too spolied in realationships. In the past, I have had men I was dating to get out of bed at 2am 4 am and get me medicine for stomach cramps, bring/send me flowers all the time for reasons and no reasons at all. I have deal with chronic pain and am use to massages 2 times a day. If I need an item or something that I couldn't afford. I'm use to guys that I have dated getting or helping me get it. This guy that I'm seeing now doesn't do any of that. I feel that he doesn't really like me. Maybe just uses me for sex and company. I feel this way b/c he doesn't offer to bring me meds or give massages send me flowers all the time. He's Indian and I'm american. How do I know? Am I wrong to expect such kind and out of the way gestures from a man to feel loved and wanted?

It a phrase i hear alot, whether recently in refence to the late eddie griffin, to celeb rehab types of the lohan's of the world or even towards myself regarding mental treatment. But i began to think, what does helping oneself actually mean, or rather what does it mean when someone suggests it.

Do we have our own concept of what help is, are we sugesting the one not getting doesn't .. or doesn't want it .. or only wants it if it's our own concept of help. Not belittling those trying to help others on this (get that's how it sounds), it's just a thought i'm wondering since i'm uncertain as to extent for which we actually know what help is.

I probably need to explain this better so any ideas would be great, thanks.
