Ok in this dream me and my boyfriend and his two other friends were in this hugeee field with an old farm house there it was a very dry day and you can see the grass was very dry as well. My boyfriend is the rowdy type so i guess he found a propane tank sumwhere in the farm house and set it on fire. Suddenly, the whole farm house started burning, and on top of that the grass start setting on fire EVERYWHERE we started running sooo fast. There was no way out unless we climbed a fence with barb wire on top on it. I remember i climbed it and so did the rest of the ppl but there was one person remainin. An old man right on the ground on the other side of the fence trying to get out. The fire got right to him and i think he died because later on it the dream there was a ceremony of everyone really sad...WHAT CAN THIS MEANNNN

Something I've noticed about myself is I get an adrenaline rush when something catastrophic happens. I felt like bouncing off the walls on 9/11. I felt excited during the tsunami or in the aftermath of hurricane katrina. I've had daydreams of life during a nuclear war, somehow imagining life would be more meaningful in such a situation. Every time we have a thunder storm or major winds I sit at the window hoping it gets worse. I think if I ever saw a tornado in real life I'd drive towards it and am not sure when common sense would take over. What do you think about this adrenaline rush I seem to get in the face of destruction?

But now i still feel tired, I don't know why, I slept on 3 different beds and two different rooms and seems to only work for a while. I sleep through the night with never waking up. I seriously hate it. Also no matter what time i go to sleep i usually wake up at the same time every morning. I don't know if i toss and turn at nite.

I had a dream of a witch probably in her early 40's twice already. In my dreams she would seduce me in to rooms and just give me this weird look the whole time in my dream as if she's up to something.

screwed up in adulthood in how i viewed life and people? because now at the age of 30 i have borderline personality disorder, i feel very bitter, have anger control issues and have never made any friends in life other than the internet , which ive had for 2 years.....could the people in my past who abused me~,mind games by teachers, kids bullying through high school, the street hoodlams who attacked me in the street and victimised me, and others who abused me, could they have done it intentionally so my perception of people and life would be screwed up in adult hood, and i wouldnt be able to adapt to life and integrate and form friendships??

so in a way, you could say they instilled that in me, theyve caused me to be psychologically troubled? would you aggree with this?

I don't like team sports (I am a dilettante when it comes to solo sports, however), I don't participate in contests of any kind, I purposely didn't apply to colleges I probably could've gotten into because I didn't think all the pressure/cutthroat competition was worth the chance of not getting in (I applied to just one "safety" school). Even when I'm doing classroom group projects or competing against other students in a class, I just get really passive, or I try to get out of dealing with any competition. I would be eaten alive on a reality show. LOL. Why am I so afraid of competition? I don't want to become a cutthroat (female dog), but to get ahead in life and to be successful, I have to have a reasonable amount of drive, and not be afraid of some healthy competition.

Did they go to jail? What was the sentence?
And how old were you?
...Saw a question on Y A in regards to rape n was beside myself w/ how many who answered had been raped.. it seems too common that there are so many victims...
For me, I was raped when I was 10 by one of my grandfather's farm help. I never told anyone; i was too ashamed and scared. I just stayed n hid in my room all day. A week later the guy disappeared from the farm. I found out later that he had been arrested for raping my 6 yr old cousin. He was EVENTUALLY sentenced to 8 yrs in prison. 2 days after he was released, he hung himself....

Women can be just as evil and horrible as men.. yet no negative treatment of women is EVER justified if coming from a man? But you can slap a man for saying something you don't like? What is this?

Nice women should be treated like royality just like nice men. And evil women deserve to be treated like crap... just like evil men.

Hi,

I have a friend with a 3 year old. He is a nice kid and quite quick. However, he is quite rowdy and mischievious etc. He puts phones down the toilets and is always being naughty. I have spent time with him and although he is just a kid he really does seem to know right from wrong but chooses to do wrong.

My friend came home from work the other day and found that her son had put the two kittens in the microwave and switched in on... hence to say the poor kittens are no more....

What I am wondering is that when she told me I asked if her son was upset by what he had done or cried or anything. Turns out he sat on the stairs for 5 minutes in silence, did not cry but then carried on playing as if nothing had happened.

is this normal behaviour for a 3 year old. I know accidents happens but I'm not so sure this was an accident..!?

Every once in awhile I go through a period of not needing to sleep. I'll sleep for an hour or two and wake up completely refreshed, which is great since a lot of the time I wake up more exhausted than I was before I went to bed! Sometimes I just stay in bed anyways, because few hours of sleep a day can make life so boring!

Anyway, I was under the impression that this was normal behavoir and that everyone goes through periods like this. I remember once even waking up every night to clean my parents bathroom or play when I was 7 years old. Both were fun for me at night!

Recently, I was talking to my mother at some ridiculous time of day (diff time zones) and she seems to think it's something to worry about. My father told her no, it's normal for me and I've been like this for as long as he can remember. In fact, my father, mother, my husband and my brother do the same thing from time to time! Is it common? Why is she worried? I'm not especially stressed or anything, just happy!

Probably you will say of course not.
But when i think about it...we do become more talkative, outgoing and braver when drunk. Are we breaking some of the walls in our mind when we're drunk?

If you were psychic and knew something bad was going to happen, but didn't know when, and it occured, how would you deal with the guilt of not being able to do anything about it? Or lying to the person because you aren't completely sure about the bad event? I never get dates and times with psychic feelings. Does foretelling an event cause it to happen?

Him; Im a bassist and I dont like drummers.
Me; Why is that?
Him; Because drummers are lazy, self absorbed, and useless. All they do is hit things and call it music.
Me; But they keep time in the music.
Him; They dont keep time. I dont like drummers time keeping. I cant find a drummer I can lock into time with. Drum machines, they are brilliant. I love playing with Drum machines. But I cant lock into time with a drummer.
Me; Why do you think that is?
Him; Because all drummers play increasinlgy faster tempo's are they play.
Me; that depends on the drummer...

What do you lot make of that? As a drummer myself, should I have spiked him with a drum stick?

I bought a property 2 years ago but now I cannot afford it anymore. If I sell it off, I lose $50000 + all the interest that i paid in the last 2 years and I am let with NOTHING in my hand...I have to start my life from the scratch (from where I begun 5 years ago!!!).

I feel shameful for being into this situation and feel let down by my own decisions. Not only this is putting me into a deep complex within but I feel I do not want to meet people as they might make fun of me!

Please help!

My daughter's father is a severe alcoholic. He often puts alcohol ahead of his daughter.
Example 1: he PROMISES he will bring by diapers (or formula, its happened with both), but instead, he goes out drinking, and I don't hear from him for a few days.
Example 2: he calls me, when drunk, in the middle of the night, wanting to come see his daughter and spend the night with me. he no longer has feelings for me, and is actually seeing somebody else at this point, yet insists he loves me and wants to have sex with me and whatnot... and gets angry when I say no.

How would I deal with him without enabling him? I have tried calmly talking with him about his behavior when he is sober, but it falls upon deaf ears. I am tired of him putting his drinking problem and the people he drinks with ahead of his daughter. I try my hardest not to get mad at him and yell, or threaten to cut him off until he gets help (which he refuses), as that enables an alcoholic. Any suggestions?
