I know the feeling man... I saw the movie Water World and ever since then I am like a Vietnam vet who has horrible flashbacks. The word boat or Kevin Costner immediately make me throw up in my mouth.

I believe that you have reverted to a pre-natal state, and are ruminating on how to escape the fluid that you find yourself immersed in.
You are thinking that you need a boat to make your escape to that other dimension outside the womb.
Or, you could just have an affinity for boats and activities which are related to boating.
