Coke makes a person very uninhibited and will make them do things they wouldn't normally do. It gives them courage and confidence, although those feelings don't last unless they keep doing more coke. That's why it's so dangerous. It's hard to describe how you feel other than everything feels good, your body, your mind, and everything seems acheivable and possible when you're coked up. The sown side is that when you overdo it, paranoia can set in and that's a terrible feeling. It's just a dangerous thing to involve yourself in. I unfortunately know from past experience.

.....What he's saying is that he wouldn't do it sober. When "high" you lose most of your powers of judgment. Which means you are willing to do something really stupid, take unnecessary risks, etc. So just imagine yourself unable to reason or make a sensible or responsible decision. It's hard, isn't it?

By the way, I hope this person who does coke isn't your friend. People like that don't make good friends. Chances are, he may do something to you someday when he lacks normal judgment. Take care...
