I work with 30+ women in a busy medical facility and they are so negative towards the hospital and each other it drives me crazy although I try to be upbeat and possitive it is a really taxing day everyday to work with them what do you suggest

You are a vet, so the hospital is an animal clinic? Is there some dissent about the methods used on animals they could object to? Do you earn a vast salary while they are on peanuts? If I was working in a place where a bunch of women were being exploited, I'd be glum. What's more, I'd enjoy being glum. Ask them what's wrong and put it right.

Try to find a different position in the facility , you can not control peoples negative views unless you are in a position of empowerment....

Sounds like your place suffers from rampant job dissatisfaction. Plus a bunch of women together will always be bitchy, it's just human nature. Chocolate cake helps!
