I have several times now waken up in the middle of an orgasm. And wasn't dreaming about anything sexual at all. I am married and have a very normal sex life. The dreams aren't about anything really specific, are not about any particular people and aren't the same dream over and over. What's going on?

Do you know anyone diagnosed with Asperger's who you wouldn't easily suspect as having it, unless they told you?

Common stereotypes of Asperger's are:

1. Dry/logical thinking (some have a "Spock-like" demeanor)

2. Strong math/science ability, OR * interest (*: there are some who are intensely preoccupied with Science, but aren't gifted in Math)

3. Generalized "geekiness" (techie-freaks, extensive knowledge of things and how they work, academically gifted)

4. Low self-awareness (often disregards his/her personal appearance; appears rude/tactless because they're "too honest" and blunt; the person doesn't care what others think of he/she)

Do you know an Aspie who doesn't fit any of these stereotypes, in which, perhaps, the OPPOSITE of these traits is true? (hyper self-aware; terrible math/science ability; chronically undermotivated, underachieving in school; not very logical)

In an X-Files episode, Mulder told Scully that maybe people's reactions to us determines who we become. Do you guys believe that our looks affect our personality development because of the reactions we get from other people? For instance, you think good looking people are more confident and assured because they constantly get praise and positive attention from others?

Girls, will you believe it if a boy said he likes you but he never talks to you in recent months at school. And whenever he passes by you, he does not talk to you or greet you. And he only TEXT AND EMAIL you. Tonnes of them. He only talks to you during some occasions, like tuition, and in school he does look at you but does not approach and talk to you. Your friend thinks that he does not recognize you at all.

Alright, I am.. the boy I just mentioned. And I have actually told her my feeling last year, through EMAIL and she said she jsut wanna be friends. I never aksed her out.
So recently she stopped replying to my texts, although she never seems to avoid me in person and last week during a gathering she seems to be interested in me.
Why do you think does she stop replying? I have never been mean to her though. In fact, I have been nice to her and stood up for her, making her card, etc. She had been replying to my texts for months but stopped suddenly.Ironically at the same time her friends tease her about me.

Sorry, silly question. The replacement rate to keep the population constant is more than 2 kids per family, everywhere in the world. China has had a 1-child policy for many years. Why isn't their population declining?

Why do you show up at these places? Women in pairs or more come to say a boxing match, dressing like sluts, everyone can see they're not there as knowledgeble fans of the event. Why are you showing your faces here?

There's nothing wrong with anyone who has an interest in the event--- but these women you would think just go around town looking for events that large groups of people are going to view- come in there dressing like ho's trying their best to take attention away from the event; and for what?

I was out driving a while ago and had to get into another lane. There was a pickup a good distance behind me in the lane I needed to get in, so I put on my directionals. Immediately I saw him speed up to close the gap right as I was switching lanes (he was still a safe distance behind me), and then he gave a good 5 second honk once I got into the lane and then got right on my bumper. Why does it peeve people so much to have another person merge into their lane? I myself can't claim innocence to being a little annoyed when somebody merges into my lane (although I don't recall ever honking my horn and tailgating somebody afterwards, even if they cut me off). However, when I think about it, I really don't know why it ticks people (including me) off. What is it that gets people so miffed?

Ken Ham, in his infinite wisdom, founded the "Creation Museum" in Kentucky ($27 Million buckeroos from the Bible thumpers), where he provides the Genesis "reality" that Adam & Eve shared the Garden of Eden with dinosaurs!

I now see the light - Adam & Eve were Neandethals. Since God created Adam in His likeness, then God is a Neandethal, too. Since there was no toilet paper, running water, and no Walmart to buy anything, wheeee-eeewwww they were gamey! I don't think he explains in his museum why God jacked a rib out of Adam to make Eve (after all, he created Adam with neuro-networks, a fine vascular system, all full of atoms, electrons and neutrons making us what we are, you think it would be a cinch to zap Eve without the surgery). But then again, snakes talked back in those days. I guess even Ken has to admit there was "some" evolution as we're a bit different today. Thank Ken for the thought that when we go to meet our Maker, we'll be seated at the right hand of a Caveman.

As you will see from the above article, the United States minimum wage will be increasing steadily over the next year or two. How will these increases impact the US economy? What should a recent college graduate expect with this raise? (No, I won't be making minimum wage at my first job out of school....at least I hope NOT). :)

Anyways when I go into an interview, should I use this as justification for in an increase in pay? (Salary negotiation)
