I don't mind people moving into my lane when I'm on the left. The left lane is the slow lane, and I'm just glad to have them out of the way of faster traffic.
What pisses me off is when people move into the right lane and just hang out there instead of quickly passing other traffic.

There have been times when my brakes weren't in the best shape--so I would stay in the right lane, and keep a very safe distance from the car in front of me. Then, some wise-@$s cuts in and goes slowly--I'm afraid I'll hit him. Fortunately that never happened, but it could. If they see someone in a normal car driving slowly in the right lane, they should think that the person is doing so for a reason...

There are some jack asses who will do that, but most of them do not have the balls to **** with you. You should just let it go. There is nothing to it. I did something like this when I was kid or when I first got my car. I felt like I was the best driver in the world, but that changes as time goes on. Normally, I see young snobby kids doing this, but lately, I have seen people who are in mid 20's to 30's doing same crap. Normally, they thing they have better cars or they believe no one can out run them. You can prove them wrong, but it gets old.
Today, I got mad when a dumb *** got in front of me without even looking at my direction at once and I was very near him. He finally looked when I honked the hell out of him. Those people, I can understand, but if you properly gave gentleman like signal, then there shouldn't be any reason.

using too slowly contained in the fast lane of the throughway easily tailgating and by no potential signaling. Going in direction of the right once you're going to instruct left (in different words, making an truly huge turn for no glaring reason) Forgetting a turn signal remains blinking unlawful u-turns operating pink lighting fixtures fixtures Hugging the size back on a street that has no dividing lines

I think lots of people have inferiority complexes...if you move your car in front of theirs (even if there was more than enough space) they probably feel as if you are ahead of them, not only in the lane but also in the "game of life" lol! It's their problem, not yours.
I never signal when I switch lanes...because they all speed up to close the gap if I do, making it even more dangerous! I signal after I switch LOL
Good day!

Well if you cut someone off then someone's going to be mad, otherwise I think it is just a little bit of human nature to be competitive and when you see someone going to change lanes you get that gotta be in front thing going on...I do it too sometimes, I think I sub consciously fear they will go in front and slow me down.

Do you think it's because we are all so competitive and selfish and we had that road all to ourselves, so to speak, and now someone suddenly changed all that and are now directly ahead of us, so we not only have to share, but they are in our face and we have to accommodate to it, their rate of speed, etc.?
I don't like it either. The situation just changed and I have to accommodate to it and I don't wanna. But I probably deserved to be passed, I don't drive faster than the speed limit.

People like as much of the road to "themselves" as possible. So when someone cuts in front of us- we take it as a personal "affront"... -Like, "How DARE THEY get in my way...!" Of course- it's nothing personal, -but then, neither is getting pulled over by a cop- for tailgating. :)
