I think they can be helpful. There is often a reason we get a gut feeling about a person or situation. Listen to yourself, weigh it against the facts, and make the best decision.

Well, it doesn't have to be the truth. It just has to be what YOU think is right. And if you go against it, the feeling will start to bother you.
