Has anyone had a spritual experience like where they saw a spirit, or ghost, or had anything happen to you that you can't explain? I have had some things happen especially while going through chemo (my boyfriend had experienced these also). Please no stupid, or sarcastic answers.

can anyone tell me ,what happens to me (and why),when i have the feeling i've been there before, know what's going to happen in a split second, and even know what someones going to say... let alone dreams caming true!! i know i'm not alone ,but there's times i feel frightened . !! the dream was that i was in a school classroom and i was torturing everyone that some people there where saying i was hitler and i was yust tossing people like if i had power,later this teacher that i had when i was in 6th grade said to go get him a soda when i went there i was in a cafeteria and the ladies from the cafeteria were scared of me and i told them to give me the soda and i dont know what else they were giving me all these types of foods,then i heard this voice the lights were going on and off then they turn like purple and blue and i heard this voice that was telling me something i dont remember what but it sounded like wwe's wrestler undertaker or somewhat but i felt in this dream that i had lots of problems.

I know that anthropologists usually classify Native Americans as a branch of the Mongoloid racial stock. However, from looking at pictures of Native Americans and East Asians, I found that the Native Americans look quite caucasoid (except the Inuit, who are definitely Mongoloid). Yes, they do have more slanted eyes and higher cheekbones than Europeans, but I also found that they also have high nasal profiles, protruding brow ridges, and double eyelids (not common among Asiatic Mongoloids). I found this especially to be true among North American Natives (Iroquois, Cherokee, Algonquin, etc.) than the South American Natives who live in the Amazonia (who look more Mongoloid). Does anyone else notice this too?

I recently hired a friend and have been very disappointed with his performance. Mainly his issues are with basic professional ettiquete. For example, he disregards emails and phone calls, has poor follow up on tasks, poor task completion rates, uses online chat a lot, takes multiple personal phone calls during the day.

Typically I could overlook some of these issues if the person was more productive and responsive.

Unfortunately this individual needs to set an example, and he is, but not a good one.

I am usually a very direct person but I am so taken aback by the lack of professionalism that I am not sure where to start. This person is not 20 years old and should be much more professionally evolved.

I hired him based on his skill set not because he was a friend.

If this person wasn't a friend I would have no problems having this conversation, so I am looking for advice mainly on how to appropriately deal with an employee who is also a friend.

6 months ago I finally agreed to meet with someone I met online. It was brilliant, and just for a sexual relationship with no strings. I started meeting more people and often going back to the people I had already met with. Now, though, I no longer just meet with them and other people that I know not just through the internet just at the weekend. Up to five and sometimes almost everyday of the week.

Im happy but I wonder.....have I gone too far?

In real life, my best friend is BI, & I'm heterosexual. But I had a nightmare that we haven't seen each other in a while, & she turned STRAIGHT lesbian because she got sick & tired of guys dogging over her. In real life, I take psych meds that make me sleepy, & in the nightmare, she took advantage of me while I was doped out sleep & turned me out. & then later on that night, I found myself at a Lesbian Banquet with baked potato with broccoli, cheese, & chili with nice, juicy T-Bone steak & cake, pie, & ice cream for dessert & wine-followed by a pool party with HOTT, sexy guys. Now in real life, I can't drink alcohol at all, but why was I drinking wine in my dream?

I was so scared I too afraid to go back to sleep, & now I feel psychologically bothered by this. I know this dream isn't my friend's fault, but this makes me mad enough to not want to be her friend or talk to her anymore. But I still will be her best friend & talk to her. I just won't let her turn me out. LOL I'm hetero.

First let me say I dont know what reliegion I am, the closest thing I can compare it to is an agnostic who believs in God, I was a catholic as a child till i was about 14, im 23 now, I had this dream that freaked me out I couldnt see anyhtin, all i could hear was someone saying " Praise the lord and ____ _____ his name. I woke up and couldnt rememeber the 2 words that were missing. I googled it and found, Praise the lord and call upon his name. ( a bible verse) I thought it might have been a song I sang at church when i was little but couldnt find anything. What do you think it means?

that are close, friends, and cant figure out why! I am not cocky or rude. and i am not trying to piss anyone off, actually i try not to. i get along well with most people and do well at work. the people that i piss off somehow are usually REALLY bent and they dont confront me but act out against me usually in public around other people (just happened recently) is this normal to have this from some people. I'd stop being friend with this imparticular person but we hang out with the same people so I run in to him all the time. Usually I dish it right back at them but I'd rather know what their (or my?) problem is and fix it to end the BS

A friend once said that old saying 'may you have an interesting life' was actually a Chinese curse. I never believed it, but once I sat down and thought about a couple of things, well ....

Let's just take the past 4 months for me. I got injured at a job, which workmans compensation told me the injury is non existant, although qualified doctors [3] disagree with them, so no income to start with and an annoying pain.
About two weeks after the injury, I have a massive hart attack! Why I survived it I don't know! Really. My medical insurance is not to cover the bills so I am around $80k in the hole here!
So I continue, remember, not to give up here is what is supposed to be the way to go. My business was going down the hill. Just market related stuff.
To top everything, INS declined my Visa renewal, my appartment is being sold out beneath me, so that will make me homeless, penny less, in major debt, leaving the country.
What do one say to someone like me? I have to be cursed! Yes?

Yesterday morning, I was doing my regular routine when some weirdo drove by(never seen him before) i noticed he stared at me and it made me uncomfortable for some reason, 5 mins im walking in the shopping center and hes just sitting on the street, making it look like hes gonna turn, but hes just staring at me, and isnt moving, there ARE NO CARS AROUND,...i thought"okay thats weird"....then the 3rd time(about 20 mins later), im by the beach, and he drives BY AGAIN and stares me, at this point, im freaking out, and wondering wtf? then i walk on the pier to make it look like im gonna go walk for a long time, but i do it half way, just to see if he'd follow me, i started walking towards these quiet houses, quiet road, and I thought to myself, IF I SEE that f-ker one more time, Im going to cops, and I turned around and he was driving by again!!!, 4 times within 30 mins...lord, i started walking towards to the police station which was close, and the cop drove me home..
