If you remind yourself that you don't absolutely have to get this job, it will take some of the pressure off. Do some breathing exercises right before you go in, meditate or say a prayer. Steady yourself so you can relax and show them who you are.

And if you just have a really bad feeling about any particular interview, then maybe this isn't the right job for you.

Best wishes!

My husband has been in management positions for years. He says that a person should go on lots of interviews...even if it's to companies he/she has no intention of working. The interview process becomes more comfortable. By the time you go after the job you really want, you have made all the mistakes someplace else! You are a professional 'interview-ee'!.

Have an interview outfit you wear to every interview (who will know). Keep your outfit clean. hair, nails looking good...don't forget to shine your shoes!

During the process of interviewing, you just might match up with the perfect boss and place to work!!

Tell yourself it doesn't matter. If not this job you'll get an even better one. The best interview I ever did was one where I thought I had no chance, so I was just myself.

just get a bunch of shitty job offers and practice there, then by the time your really good at them, you can just go for a real interview and do awesome, and just have confidence in yourself and your resume
