Albino blacks are people with ******* features(nose, eyes, hair) and white skin. what do you call a person with caucasian features and black skin? like the middle eastern people and the people from india?

You call them whatever their name is.
If you really need a label, try guessing where they can from, like Sri Lankan or Indian. As long as your not intending offence, most likely it won't be taken. The further south on the Indian sub-continent you go, the darker the skin, as a general rule. With Sri Lankans generally darker still. I don't think the middle east people are very dark at all. So they would be Caucasian.

African-Americans were called black from the beginning because they were considered inferior (like you said, black is color of darkness and has a bunch of other negative connotations). Caucasians are called white because they're a minority (Majority of the world don't have Caucasian skin tone). Everyone who has first met a Caucasian called them white. Native Americans, African-Americans, etc. And because of that, they used the "positive" connotation of the word to enforce their "superiority" against the African-Americans.

well actually i called arabian or moslem black since they are living in mid-east can ---also be called mid-eastern black never called them w/ the N'' word again cause there is asian black but we never called them the N''word and if you think you are white because your skin is bright,dont get wrong,your flesh inside is the same color w/ their flesh
