She says the boss is fed up of staff problems and yet when I ask her what she means she is evasive. if I push her to say what is the problem she says that when we question anything it just means more work for them and he is fed up of us causing problems. She then says for us to not to worry but to be on our guard because he is getting to the end of his tether! She took over this post last year and comes across as Mrs Nicey but I suspect she is playing with us and even telling him lies to validate her role and bloody good wage. The small staff team are great but we are also strong minded women who ask questions so we can do the best at our job - one which we all give 100%. . How do we handle her sarcasm and lies without going over her head and really causing problems. We did this once and one member of staff ending up suspended!! I am conststntly on edge now, my stomach is always churning and I worry what they are saying behind my and the staffs back.

Industry structure is often measured by computing the Four-Firm Concentration Ratio. Suppose you have an industry with 20 firms and the CR is 30%. How would you describe this industry? Suppose the demand for the product rises and pushes up the price for the good. What long-run adjustments would you expect following this change in demand? What does your adjustment process imply about the CR for the industry? Now consider that the industry has 20 firms but the CR for the industry is 80% instead of 30%. How would you describe this industry? What are some reasons why this industry has a high CR while the other industry had a low CR? Is it possible for smaller firms to thrive and profit in such an industry? How? Contrast the effects on market efficiency if the dominating firms use a price leadership model versus a contestable markets model.

The worst day of my life was when I got a phone call from my boyfriend's sister that my boyfriend got killed. I was taking a shower and started calling his phone and getting dressed at the same time. My mom came pick me up and I went to the place where he got shot. I was running there praying the God that is not him. The police was there, people looking and there he was laying there on the ground (thank God cover) I start to go crazy. It was our worst nightmare to loose each other and now I'm living it!!!!!!! It's been 4 months now and I still think about that night and I can't control it. I miss him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To wit if I make someone a bunch of money or provide services that others can not, why do people think it is not worth giving others increased wages.

Also it hurts the economy because I and others do not have additional money to pump into the economy.

and that in this time and age. Men defeated the nazis, men shook off the chains of communism, men invented the concept of democracy human dignity and equality and try to spread it. Western men are the reason opressed men and women in Islamic dictatorships can hope (I know not all islamic countries but there are at least 2). Men used their big brains to figure out how to walk on the moon cure cancer, inventend the printing press moved on to the very fabrics of life tinkering with Dna research and yet when I look up a question on what women think of men there is some pretty demeaning stuff (brought to mine attention through computers). So what have men to do short of beeing omnipotent gods to impress ;-). You gals sure aint eazy ^.-

I saw on http://en.wikipedia.org & on the World Bank's Development Report site that the US & Russia are very unequal societies, compared to the other nations. While most of Europe is more equal than us in terms of how big the gap between rich and poor is, and in terms of 'what percentage of income is earned by the richest 10%', S Africa & S America are the most unequal.
The comparison really makes us look like we have stopped trying to help our poor, like we don't care and are ruled by the very richest with no say given to the others. Is that so? Does being this unequal prove that they have the worst form of democracy, the least caring government & the most selfish society? And how can we change this?
According to the rankings, these are listed by the most unequal first: Brazil, S Africa, Columbia, Chile, Ethiopia, Mexico, Nigeria, Russia, Thailand, Iran, India, Turkey, USA, China, Egypt, Indonesia, Pakistan, Israel, Germany, UK, Italy Australia Spain France Canada Japan Fin&Swe
