Hm, well... Nothing is guaranteed to work to make you see the exact dreams you would like to see. But it is true that the dreams usually draw influence from the day´s events and your own feelings and mind. So, you could watch a movie, read a book, fantasize or masturbate.

For me, my dreams become sexual when I go through periods of denying myself sexually. The dreams then become a means by which my mind releases the pressure, and propels me to be sexually active again.
