Hope is always near. Never walks away, sometimes you know that there is no hope but still it is there. It is inside you. Even though when hope seems nonexistence don't lose your believe in it because is that gives you strength to keep on trying even when dark is surrounding you. Hope is the light that never goes off. Kisses!

It is always good to talk to your friends. Isolation and being alone is not very advicable when depressed, it just allows you to mellow in your bad mood. Especially talking with your best friend, or maybe parents, could help you. It gives you a good oppurtunity to talk through your true feelings and so clarify them to yourself too, so that you are able to better understand why you are feeling like that. Same goes for your dreams if you can remember them, they can give you some clue to your minds workings and emotions and motives.
Taking a walk outside seems to work for me almost always. There is something in the nature which gives you comfort and energy, it kind of recharges your own essential vital energy. And when you feel good physically it also makes your mood brighter and gives you strength to tackle with your mental conditíon.
I also like reading some good and interesting book, that makes you think other and more pleasant and intriguing things and takes your mind off the low mood. Same could be said for some physical exercise or other things like that.
And if you are religious or spiritual person some kind of prayer, meditation, relaxation, ritual could help too and give you comfort and hope in the knowledge that there are some other powers in the working and that you can rely on them and draw strength and comfort from them. Or you may be able to awaken and use your own inner strength and powers to make you feel better and find some guidance.

Look deep within the very bounds of your being, and realize your ultimate potential. Rebel against your ego and fight the darkness that enters you like a sickness. Open this door and you will have unleashed upon yourself an unextinguishable light like no other you have seen before. Look the sickness in the eyes and smack him down like a whipped feind. He will feel the true power of rebellion and cower like man before God himself. You must open the door, and only you can find the light beyond the shadows.

I either listen to some quiet music in the house, that sometimes give me good memories of better times.
Or, sometimes I take a walk outdoors. I love nature and seeing birds and plants, etc. reminds me that there are nice things in this world.

I find solitude in happy memories...and if none comes to mind. I create them in my head enough to give my brain time to produce seratonin.
