any dream interpreters out there? few nights ago, i dreamed of me in a field, with a snake. The snake was grabbed by Death (or a hooded man with a sharp something i don't know) from the field and he slit the snake's head so it dangles, and blood spurted from it. I ran away, and i woke up.

I wasn't scared.. just curious.

She was creamated, and her ashes put into a pretty little box. Her son took that box, and gave it to his daughter.

This daughter built a small altar on her dressertop with the box of creamaines and some candles, and a prayer book. Every day, she lit the candles, and prayed for her Grandma.

Do you think this is healthy for her?

I am a bad procrastinator, and I can never seem to get things done unless it is the last minute. At the last minute, however, I still do a quality job on whatever I am doing, so I continue to procrastinate. Anyone have any tips for me?

I don't like ot be a passenger in the car. I prefer to drive. I don't like the feeling I get when I"m in a meeting or when I am having to go to tour of a plant this week. I don't like feeling like I have to stay in one place. In other words, I do not like the feeling that I"m not free to leave if I want. Like I have to sit there because its a meeting. I don't like to be in center of crowds. I like to be away from crowds. I do not like sitting in the center of a pew at church, sport event, movie theater or any place that has seats. I like sitting on the end. I don't like going to crowded places. I want to go when its not crowded. I do'nt like traveling. I hate sitting in car for long periods of time. I do'nt like waiting in line. These are just a few, and I have found that when I'm in these situations, I get a little nervous. Sometimes I avoid them but most time I deal with it and go on. Now are these phobia's or just my preferencs for things I don't like?

There was an article a few years back, I think Scientific American, about people who always need to flip through all the radio stations to see what is on, even if what they are listening to is acceptable. They feel a need to know of all options even is there is an adequate one. Anyone know of this article or other literature about such behavior?

Thanks

I know that question is a bit extreme, but I am ALWAYS depressed, and my dad says it's because I'm a typical teenager. I find this hard to believe at times b/c I don't know any other ppl my age who feel the way I do. I'm 17 and I just feel like sometimes my world is crumbling down and I want to escape, but while knowing that there are other people in this world who undergo worser situations. So, is how i'm feeling just a teenage thing or something else...?

I don't play the lottery, yet at times when it's been announced that the lottery is going to pay out a larger amount . . . I see long lines in front of the lotto machines in grocery stores. Why would a line be any longer and a person be any more motivated / excited when the lottery pot is larger as opposed to when the winning pot is " only " 3 million ". ?

To win 3 million or 23 million...I'd think a person with a 'normal' income would be motivated to play the odds for chance of winning either amount . . . even * * * 16 * * * million.

I don't play the lotto...but was wondering of mind set of people forming those long lines when the jackpot amount is larger.

I have remained best friends with an ex-boyfriend of mine. It has not been easy. He has done a couple of things that have really hurt my feelings. The pain from what he does is unbearable. It's a twisted, psychological thing going on. And it's killing me. However, he is the only person I am close to here (I moved away from my family a few years ago). I know I should cut things off with him but if I do I will be completely alone. I cannot be here alone. I would have to pick up and leave for good and go to where my family is to get thru this. Does anyone have any advice on leaving something you know you should leave but for whatever pathetic reason you're not sure you're able to? Thanks.

I keep telling myself that i hate myself. Everything about me! I have nothing to be proud of that i've done. Not a talent or anything that i can do. I can't say "i'm pretty", i cant say " i can do this" or "i can do that". I find myself always wishing i was someone else. I know its a regular teenager thing and all, but its horrible and i really don't have anything to be unhappy about! nothing! I don't want to spend my whole life wishing i was someone else. I don't want to waste my life moping around. help please. and no rude comments.
