Well I've heard everybody can be traced back through their DNA (mitocondrial DNA?) to one woman in Africa who the scientists call "Eve." So I would say that dark skinned people have been around the longest. As people migrated to different areas of the world from Africa, their skin and features evolved to suit the climate.

I assume you are referring to humans? Homo hablius was thought to be the first race of "humans". They are, of course, extinct now along with Homo erectus, and Homo sapien neanderthalensis. Currently there is only one race of humans inhabiting Earth: Homo sapien sapien and this group has been around at least 20-30 thousand years old...probably more.

Your question is genetically incoherent. We are one species and we went through a " bottleneck " event about 70,000 years ago, so no one group is any " older " than any other group.
