Operation freed me of epilepsy, but family can't accept this missing part of the old me.

Give them time. They'll adjust. I can't figure out what it is they miss, though. It couldn't be the seizures. Maybe they miss the dependence that you had on them. Perhaps they feel as if you don't need them anymore. Assure them that you still do. But, like I said, give them time. They'll get over it. Congratulations on the success of your operation. That's terrific!

They could start by teaching you how to write a question. Can I get a detail or 2 ?

they miss you being epileptic? that doesn't sounds loving and supportive at all. Talk to a counselor... it sounds like you have some larger issues at hand (not that you are necessarily to blame for them).

If they truly love you they will accept you and support you and if they don't then it's their loss.

well they will have to eventually you not getting reversed!!! you accept you and thats really enough all else is not in your control
