I keep telling myself that i hate myself. Everything about me! I have nothing to be proud of that i've done. Not a talent or anything that i can do. I can't say "i'm pretty", i cant say " i can do this" or "i can do that". I find myself always wishing i was someone else. I know its a regular teenager thing and all, but its horrible and i really don't have anything to be unhappy about! nothing! I don't want to spend my whole life wishing i was someone else. I don't want to waste my life moping around. help please. and no rude comments.

This is great. This means you are looking for your true self. Most people are satisfied with their material qualifications. But you are more intelligent and are not satisfied. That is the great impetus to find your true self. We are not these bodies, IE; race, color, nationality, mind, senses, job, talents, etc. We are eternal spirit souls, Part and parcel of the Supreme Soul, also known as Krishna, Allah, Jehovah, Vishnu, etc. We have to completely connect with our maker to realize our eternal self. Go to harekrishnatemple.c for all details Read Bhagavad Gita As it is By Bhaktivedanta Prabhupada which gives the meaning and purpose to human life and to really find ones self. I did. This world is called Maya (illusion) and is temporary and full of misery we have to transcend our material consciousness to become truly peaceful and satisfied with our self and others. Try the process, it works.

This is coming from someone who has thought the same things his whole life and is now old.

Drugs can medicate you and even prevent suicide but only YOU can decide to be happy. Get the drugs you need.(i like a mix of effexor, colonopin and remaron) Then just say to your self. Stop whining and change! Yes you can change. You can become someone else. First ditch your loser friends and find positive happy kind friends. Learn from them. Then decide who you want to be and live THAT life. It's not a lie it's not pretend, you can become that person if you want.

First, get a physical. If your blood is too low, it can definetly help put you in the dumps. 2nd, you've got to understand that things don't just happen, you make them happen. You've got to take life by the horns and at this time in your life you can do that by planning what you want to do. you know what makes you happy, what you think about and see yourself doing. start investigating that. Finally, start seeking the Lord. He will supply you with the greatest joy and peace in times of trouble and in times of prosperity.

Everybody's important, including you.
Try focusing in on others. Sometimes that
helps.
Broaden your interests.
Set goals.
Find challenges.
And try to hold onto this thought: Today's
shadows always disappear in tomorrow's
light.

If you become busy helping others that are not as fortunate as you it might help you quite a bit. You will have less time to think about yourself.
