That's just your "body clock". It's usually fairly accurate. It remembers your cycles and time frames and that's why you're able to awake without the aid of your alarm clock. But keep setting it, because sometimes your body wil give you more rest if you need it.

Yes. Typing is an example too. Can a repetitious mind train a person to wake up before the alarm goes off? Do you have an evil monkey in your closet? See? I typed all that without thinking about it while watching tv. Caution: Flowmax may make your urination experience sound like cow peeing on a flat rock. Yet another fine example of me using my repititious mind. Well now I cant stop. Thanks. What goes off and stays in one place? Apparently your alarm clock. Stop me before I repetisify again. Help me Hanah..help me get it out of my mind. Thats it. Thats it. I said thats it man.

Certainly, It's part of the circadian rhythm of our lives. It probably depends on the difficulty and degree of the activity. Work can be very repititious, as well as getting cleaned up and dressed in the morning. Just things we do without thinking about it. Ever notice how our minds drift on the same things at about the same time each day. You could probably train your mind to do more difficult and unusual things if you remained steadfast and disciplined. As they say, Mind over Matter.

Yes, but only with reward (positive reinforcements that pumps happy chemicals in your brain). I'm not too sure what your reward is for waking up early though, since I can never do so myself...even with 3 alarm clocks...lol

yes. its like how they say that once you learn to ride a bike you never forget. muscles have a type of memory for repetitive things like that, so even if your not really thinking about it, your body can perform repetitive tasks from memory. as for waking up before your alarm, its probably the same thing, its just when your body is used to getting up!
