Last night I had a dream about me and my crush. In real life I have never even talked to my crush. This was my dream.... It starts with me standing in my driveway watching the snow fall, there was already alot of snow on the ground. I look up at the sky and then I look straight forward and I see my crush standing at the end of the driveway. I walk over to him and he smiles and I smile back. He takes my hand and we walk in to the middle of the street. There were no cars anywhere to be seen. We stood there staring at each other and then he noticed that I had my camera on me. He said he loves taking pictures in the snow so I take a ton of pictures of him in different poses in the snow and then we take a bunch of the two of us together. I put my camera down on the ground and we start chasing each other and playing in the snow together, throwing snowballs at each other, etc. Then as I am kneeling down to get another snowball he reaches down and takes my hand and pulls me back on my feet.

Wearing a baseball cap or bandanna seems to inhibit my thought processes. Maybe I'm weird.

I don't even know what category to put this under.

I've never tried a thinking cap.

When I do something wrong, I first think up a plan to avoid making the mistake in the future and then I get to "work". I usually flagellate myself with razorwire and for really big boo-boos I electrocute myself. The particular punishment, of course, depends on the mistake.

I do this because the human creature that I am does not belong to me even though I control it. Therefore, it's like a master-slave relationship.

The rules I impose on this body are very strict. The biggest rule is the protection of other lives other than this one. If I break this rule, I inflinct the worst punishment: a self-imposed death penalty. This obviously has never happened but it involves lighting myself on fire after performing a Samurai style Sepuku ritual.

Does this sound logical?

Do you ever wonder why celebrities are celebrities? I mean, what makes them so special? You could easily find someone who can act better than someone who played a main role in a movie. What makes these people so special that they can be payed millions of dollars? Why can't you, or someone you know? Also, why can't some people sing? Why can't some people act? Why do some people get picked to play on a tv show, and others don't? Do you ever think about these things? What's your opinion on all this?

(Just in case, I'm not asking this because I'm mad about something, I was just wondering if anyone else is thinking the same thing as me)

Recently an acquaintance of mine verbally attacked me for no good reason. He doesn't really know me but said hurtful and mean things about my appearance. I tried to brush it off and I did stick up for myself but I wish I would have defended myself better. I am a sensitive woman, as most are, and it really hurt my feelings. I want to get over it without carrying around alot of anger. I also do not want to reconcile with this person, in my opinion he is worthless and if he doesn't even know me and is going to be vicious then I don't wanna know him at all. i hate him actually. My question is what is the best way to fend off a verbal attacker/abuser and how can I forget this abuse?

ok here we go, I've had my pizza (pizza always reminds me of the movie Multiplicity) well then thank you all for being patient and here is the answer to How to Wreck your funeral. simply attatch a line(fishing line I think will do the trick) have the line attatched to your dead arm and the other end attatched to the arm of whoever is giving the eulogy. This will take cooperation from that person. It will work better if you have a tiny pulley system in use. the idea is for the speaker to make exaggerated arm motions while speaking about the dead. with any luck the audience will see a corpse raising his arm as if to wave goodbye. Think about it... it is funny.
also I want my funeral to be a buffet kind of thing or a BBQ. Ya know ya get your plate, get your meat, grab some chips, look at a dead guy, get your drink and sit down in order to keep the line moving. also along with Amazing Grace played by a piper I want Elton John's funeral for a friend played. and Fishheads(look it up)

Is there a moral compass built into humans?

For example I give a hypothetical situation:

A human child is abducted out of the maternity ward by aliens and taken back to their planet.

This child is raised by the aliens as their own, he is not mistreated according to their cultural values.

The aliens society views murder, rape, torture, kidnapping, etc. as acceptable behaviour.

This child is then returned to earth after thirty years on the liens planet.

Would this human be horrified by his new home (the alien planet) and be a 'normal' but ‘screwed up’ human when returned, or would he be exactly like the aliens? Does this mean that humans do or do not have a built in moral compass? What does this mean for our society and moral codes?

Please explain your answers. I thank you in advance for your insight.

When i was in middle school, i was picked on really bad and it seems like even 8 years after i left middle school and people stopped picking on me, i still have a lot of social fear. I always feel like people are judging me, even though i know they aren't, so i often avoid socializing with people because i don't want to be picked on(probably rejected too).

How can i get over this?

question again???? She started talking to me when it was half time during a football game (i was in it). Now today when we were in line at lunch she just asked me again "why are you so quiet?". I mean isn't that a personal question? I'm really not quiet just now a days i dont really want to talk to anybody and i think its because im depressed. I went to the doctor yesterday and he prescribed me some pills they're called "Citalopram HBR 20 MG TABLETINW". Well anywayz why would she just keep asking that question? It gets on my nerves. And if i tell her why she's just going to keep asking why and why and its just annoying i don't even like her she talks way too much.

So why do white teenaged males have a higher suicide rate than non-white males and females?
