if the truth might make things worse, would you ever lie to save the situation from devastation?

Some say it was agriculture that made all this economic inequity possible. I think it was hired labor.
If the first job interviewee EVER in the history of man just stood up and said to the rich guy trying to hire him, "Oh, waaaaaah, so you have too much gold/food/pasture to keep track of it all yourself. Well you won't get ME to do it for minimum wage, no sir! You'll just have to unload some of it and make do with what YOU can handle!"
Then he would have picked up the rich man's excesses and become rich himself. But instead, he chose to work his *** off so some rich guy could laze around all day and pay him next to nothing.
I wish I had a time machine to go talk some sense into him. The bastard....

Ok that's my two cents. What do YOU think?

Please develop a dialogue using the three common ways that show the use of active listening skills.” What I think I hear you saying is....", "In other words, you think that...", "Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't you saying..." I'm guessing there won't be many women who admit to doing it but have any of you withheld sex from your partner as 'punishment'? Do you use it as a bargaining tool? What results have you had doing this? Do you feel justified to use sex in this way?

Men have you been in a relationship with a woman who has behaved this way? How did you deal with it? Is it 'water off a ducks back' to you and you take what you can get or has it been the end of relationships for you?

What kind of problems does it create/solve for each person?

Answers based on your knowledge of other people who have been in this position are just as interesting to me, it doesn't necessarily have to be personal experience.

Please and thank you.

Karma.

The dark tragedy of being a pessimistic optimist and an all together bi-polar teenager...

Tears distort your hearts beauty as it distorts who you really are all at the same time leaving you blind to your own soul and blind to the truth that there is probably really nothing wrong and what is bothering you is your emotions treating you as if their the very people that taunt you inside the public education’s barb wired walls.
But I’m so true to my emotions that I will help them along in the taunting and cry when I laugh or cry just because I think it will make you love me more. Although it will make you snicker and think less of me because even I know it’s juvenile. Which I guess is why I’m even ashamed to cry in front the one person that doesn’t judge me over anything no matter how low it can be on this ignorant social outcast scale such as; how often I cry over dumb things, showers that occur about once every week, this damn depression that I don’t even know if its there or not, and the fact I can’t hold my temper when I don’t get my spoiled brat little way.
Could I be this way because that tyrant, known as my mother to the rest of the world, regrets the very existence of my being?... I bet it’s because I remind you of the infamous bill... the only sane one in my family my beloved father.
Or could I be this way because of my “care” givers that made me into one screwed up child made me have a Buddha complex. Ignorant to the worlds woes and leaving me with preconceived notions that no matter what I do ill succeed at my dreams. Wow did that set me up with a world of disappointment.
What ever the reason being for my messed up head I know eventually they will commit suicide because each day I grow more and become much stronger than these abominations and they will end up just like Romeo and Juliet defeated by love.

When the Gasoline prices first went up a few years ago, utilities costs skyrocketed and in some places is four times more than before the oil crunch. Why do utilities companies get away with keeping their prices at the sky-rocketed amount? Utilities sometimes cost more than rent now in America and some people just can't afford it. IT'S NOT RIGHT. What do you think?

Instead of giving blind people a dog and risking them treading in sh*t on the pavement or slipping over on some discarded fast food rubbish left by yobs, why don't they get given little chariots that are pulled by guide dogs like in "Ben Hur" only smaller. Think about it you could pimp them up and people like Stevie Wonder could have one pulled by 4 or 6 dogs in sparkly coats.Cool or what?

me and this guy dated for 2 yrs.we both have our flaws,no one's perfect after all.he mentioned marriage, but i wasn't quite ready to settle down.after that, i dumped him over the phone and refused to see him for 5 months.he told everyone that i was "the one" (his parents and friends and mutual friends)and was a wreck,or so i heard from mutual friends.after the 5 months,i decided to see him again.we dated for a bit,but i have this nasty habit of "breaking up" with him whenever i get really pssed during an argument(he's sensitive and would cry).i guess it was my strange way of getting back at him for making me mad or something (we would get back together a day later).so one time i "dumped" him, but this time he refused to get back together.he started a relationship a girl.during this time,i tried my hardest to get him back and realized what i'd lost.after that girl dumped him(lasted a month),he came back to me.now,we don't fight.but i can't help but feeling like 2nd best next to his ex.

Whenever I walk past this guy, he stares straight into my eyes and doesn't look away when I look at him. He usually doesn't smile or anything, just keeps looking till I look away. But he doesn't really talk to me, except when he actually needs to tell me something (we work at the same place) What is up with that?

My husband and I are both 22 and have good jobs. My husband is working on going back to school and we are saving to buy a house. However, all I can do is think about having a baby. I have a baby dream about once a week. We want to wait until we have a house. We are finacially stable and have no problem paying bills. Once in awhile we have a lower paycheck, but alway enough for the bills. We both want one, but more so we want to wait until we are comfortable from every aspect. I just wish I could set these baby feelings aside. If it did happen we would both be ecstatic. But again, we want to wait. So what is it I need to do to make my mind stop wishing and dreaming to the point of tears?
