Whenever I walk past this guy, he stares straight into my eyes and doesn't look away when I look at him. He usually doesn't smile or anything, just keeps looking till I look away. But he doesn't really talk to me, except when he actually needs to tell me something (we work at the same place) What is up with that?

That's some pretty creepy behavior. Does your supervisor know about this? If not, they should.
His behavior can mean several things:
- He doesn't realize how disturbing his behavior is to others (in which case, he needs to find out before he really ticks someone off).
- He has control issues and is trying to "stare you down" and dominate you (4 year olds do this all the time).
- He has a crush on you and is unable to express it in normal, healthy ways.
At any rate his creepy behavior is not normal and should be addressed. You probably shouldn't confront him about it by yourself since someone so socially inept/controlling could be dangerous if provoked.
I'd talk to your supervisor about it and see what she/he says. Make sure your supervisor knows that you are reporting this guy anonymously. If your supervisor does confront the creep he/she can just say "hey, everyone in the office including my fish can see that you're giving Jen M. the creeps. Knock it off!"

I think he is playing a, there is something in his mind i think he wants you to go and ask this question to him. then i guess he'll ans that he is love with u. and he is doing so as to make u believe him when he'll say that he is in love with u .i suggest, just go and ask him.

Sounds like a shy guy or a jerk, they can be hard to tell apart.
