During The Buddha's entire lifetime, 80 years or so, he witnessed people running into their temples to there Many, Many gods, "in fear," for many various reasons. The God-concept is fear based, began as early as The Buddha's observation of such behaviors from people.

The Buddha's ministry, during the time he shared all his truths, with anyone who asked, and was sincerely willing to learn, lasted about 45 years.

During the years that The Buddha went around in India, sharing his teachings with anyone who was willing to learn,
Abraham was teaching only in the nation of Isreal about the ONE God, YHWH(to the Jews) and ALLAH(to the Muslims).

The Buddha's teaching on the God-Concept being fear driven;& that a creator God does not exist was largely influenced by what he observed himself in India, from the Hindu relgions people - their Many, Many gods.

"Do you think that The Buddha(b4 his enlightenment) may have believed in the ONE God, if he heard of Him from Abraham ?"

ive had a very low self esteem for a long time, im 29 and battle through phsychological, psychiatric problems which ive had for a long time, since 15. i dont have any friends mainly because of these problems, i struggle to make friends, because i have such low self esteem. i live in a small flat on my own, battling through my problems. loneliness and isolation play a big role in my life...i wanna no how i can feel my worth? my self worth? feeling as though im just as good as other people? i always put everybody on pedastools, like everyones better than, and im not worthy of them, or friends, or a life, or a girlfriend to love...i think im the only one struggling and have been through a horrendous time and everyone else hasnt had the struggles ive had or hasnt been bullied or victimised in their life..so therefore this makes them better than iam.im scared to chat to the few girl contacts ive made on msn sometimes because i dont feel my worth, or that im good enough & have nothing to say

Have you ever heard of people that are so scared of failure that they just quit on things (career) they actually have a passion and are good at to pursue something they never really had a interest in? Do they do this so if they fail in something they don't really like it won't be as dissappointing if they were to fail in something they really have a passion for?

If you suffer from PMS related mood swings, how do you prevent reacting, saying, or doing something that you will later regret?

Do you think it ever affects your job performance?

Should an employer make any concessions for this situation?

Background:

I have about a dozen female employees and at least two of them seem to be affected by this. They are normally good workers, but about 1-2 days a month, they seem to struggle in dealing withe normal workplace annoyances, so I adjust my performance expectations on those days.

(One of the other employees gives me a heads up - she's nosy, but at least I know what's going on).

We also have a disabled person who we make special arrangements (and sometimes concessions) for.

Should I consider it the same as the disabled person or issue performance warnings, since their job performance is lower in comparison to the other workers on those "days" consistently?

I know how to deal with this at home, but we are under pressure to produce.
