I believe that's a book worth reading. It's about our repetitive interactions that we develope and lead us to the same negative events again and again. Berne was brilliant to recognize a lot of patterns and to describe them. You can recognize the games you play and the outcomes that you get from them. You may also find how to get out and pattern your life in a better way from a TA point of view. This theory changed the way I view people.

There's much more in Transactional Analysis about games, some of the theories are more simple to use, but this book was the great start for games theory.
