making little changes such as the makeup you wear. Little things at first. Or even the co lour of socks you like to wear add a different colour to the choices. Little changes make you want to experiment more. Eventually you adapt. Our nature is to do the same things that we are comfortable with.
Same meals same hair style same style of makeup and clothing
now take a step out of that and work at little changes.
Same with furniture in the room. move one thing and then wait a bit and then change something else.
Things take time. Adjust to the small things and the larger changes will come easier too.
Don't focus on the past they are lessons that you have learned positive thoughts on the future is what you are requesting so take the first step
The first step is the hardest deepest but most of the journey is available if you want it.
take it and go one step further you will be proud of yourself.

You need to understand a few things. First, everything is changing, all the time. Everything. Look around you. There's not a single aspect of your life that isn't changing, whether gradually or dramatically. So the smart money is to INFLUENCE the change. You can't totally direct the change, but you can influence it...your actions will have consequences. The key is knowing what you want, what really matters to you, what you need.

Second, change will bring both positive and negative aspects. Things you'll love, things that will cause you problems. So even if change is happening to you, some good will come from it. To adjust to change, focus on the benefits, advantages, opportunities, possibilities, upsides. Make the most of those.

Try to think about the positive things that change could possibly bring! Don't dwell on the bad things that MIGHT happen...just think positively. Also, put yourself out there. Try to meet new people who will support you. Do things that you wouldn't normally do and stretch yourself. Good luck!

That is a start, never look failures from the past. Think positive and throw away positive thoughts. You know best what is good for you. Think maturely and realistic.
