I am writing an essay that has to cover the statement " Some Practitioners say that when dealing with a conflict the win/win approach is the best approach.
I have covered the win/win, win/lose and the lose/lose approach and outcome. I have another 1000 words to fill.
what now? The only thing I could think of was strategies to implement during the conflict resolution process to acheive each outcome. help please!

How is critical thinking involved with thinking and intelligence? While this may be an easy question, perhaps you can address this from the perspective of why is there lack of critical thinking in thinking and intelligence issues? Sometimes smart people do not reason so well.

I always think I like a guy a whole lot, but then ill hang out with some other guy and think that i'm totally falling for him. right now i have like 4 or 5 guys i consider my "main squeeze". i am worried that if i start going out with one of these guys, i won't like him any more then i like the other ones. this isn't a compition or anything, I justthink its weird that i like so many guys at one...its like i have a short attention span with boys. i like one, see another, start to like that one. is there anybody else like this or any way i can stop being like this? it really bothers me.

I dt hv much self-esteem, I hv alot of insecurities about myself, cos i'm plump, not too pretty.. and stuff like that..

hmm and I get v nervous if I find anyone liking me, cos i dt like to get too involved in human relationships for fear of being hurt. it's been this way since i was 13. i suppose. i got over my parents' divorce - which happened when i was 6 - long ago (when i was 11 i stopped crying) do you think this affected me?? i dt miss my other parent.

help i dt wanna remain a recluse! i dt hv friends in sch cos i dt really talk that much, just no mood, but if ppl talk to me i'd talk to them.. i'm not antisocial, only i dt initiate smiling or talking..

i'v tried stuff like self-esteem workshops.. n hv a great friend who tries to encourage me, but she's a little quiet too.

've been having an encounter with a very mean, evil person,
for some reason, I wonder why that person is tormenting me,
im not even minding his/her own business nor doing anything
bad or wrong. It seems, my assumption is, that one even tends to be pathetic mean worse when he/she thinks we were talking bout
him/her, even when we're not. And because of it, that person
gets pissed and thinks of something for revenge. The attack would
be something behind, something that nobody around you would
notice except you. Sure you'll ignore. But that person does it all
the time. You lose your patience. You confront that person.
That person gets even pissed (coz of so much immature pride)
and comes up with an even bigger way of revenge, and then would turn you upside down making an effective manipulation to people that he/she's the right/good one and aggravated, and im the bad guy.

I think I need to take a course or something, but I don't want to spend money, it'd better to be free. Anywayz what do you guys think?

Obviously we all know that dying means the end of something and the start of something knew, but while we're on the subject of dreams, who's theory is it that you can't actually see yourself die in a dream - obviously you can as many of you have experienced but i just wanted to get a more theoretical standpoint on this.
NB. please answer the first question- i saw my mum die in a dream, in actual fact my grandma is dying from cancer and me and my mum are going to see her soon, so could this be some form of represntation of the feelings my mum is having or am i just scared of losing my beloved mum? muchos gracias
