Why do some men and women submit themselves to another man or women to be dominated by them and physically, verbally and sexually abused by them... I know it adds to the pleasure for those people... but what actually makes such acts pleasurable for these people when if done to someone else the person might start crying...

Lets pick a talent... say.. singing. Okay, so there are tonnes of people out there who think they can sing.. I mean honestly think they can sing.. and they suck.. they're horrible.. and listening to it makes me want to kill myself.. this leads me to this conclusion..

People wouldn't really sing and think they're good at it if they KNEW they sucked right? So, does this mean that when I sing and think I'm good that I really suck? Am I stuck in the same boat as these other people?

I can't sing a note, this is just hypothetical .. replace singing with any talent that you can think of if you want.

This is purely a question to see what the populus would be in majority of. There is not necessarily a right answer.

Ok, so you're in a long corridor, filled with choking black smoke, the building is on fire. You hear a group of people yelling for help down one end of the hall. You narrow your eyes and peer down only to see 10 people trapped in a lift thats barely opened, not enough for them to escape. Just as you are about to help them you hear another cry down the other far end of the corridor. One that sends a chill down your spine. You recognise that voice and as you turn around, your fears have been realised. Its your nearest and dearest loved one. Also trapped, encircled in a firey blaze with no way of escape by themself. Time is short. You can only choose one path, which is it? The ten strangers. Or the one you love.

Bare in mind so as not to alter choices the 10 strangers are not children or elderly. They are all middle aged.

So what is your morally hard decision?

How can we increase the supply of affordable and accessible homes, including promoting home ownership amongst disabled people?

Between 1997 and 2004, the numbers of homeless households considered priority due to ‘physical disabilities’ increased by 24 per cent and due to mental health problems by 65 per cent.

In England, people with impairments and long term health conditions are more likely than others to be living in housing that does not meet the ‘decent homes standard’.

Only about half of disabled children live in suitable housing and 70 per cent of families with a disabled child say their housing is unsatisfactory.

23 per cent of disabled adults are living in unsuitable housing.

Many disabled adults living in institutional settings, supported housing or with relatives, are unable to establish sufficient ‘points’ for social housing, preventing their move to independent life.

How can we ensure disabled people feel that the criminal justice system is on their side?

Research by Mencap found that nine out of ten people with a learning disability reported having experienced harassment.

One in four disabled people fear being alone after dark, compared with one in ten non-disabled people.

Eight per cent of disabled people in London suffered a violent attack during 2001/2 compared with four per cent of non-disabled people.

Research by Greater London Action on Disability (GLAD) found that ‘The attacks have a major impact on disabled people. Around a third have had to avoid specific places and change their usual routine. One in four has moved home as a result of the attack. Many disabled people are not confident that the police can help to stop the incidents.’

Disabled women, and disabled people who are lesbian, gay, bisexual or transsexual or from ethnic minority communities may face additional fears or harassment.
