unless they're approaching me asking for money I'd keep it, even then if they ask me for money I'd most likely give a few dollars but not the whole amount, I gotta eat too you know. :)

I really like this question. I would give $50 to the young lady with the baby and the other $50 to the desperate old woman, then I would take them home and give them some soup. I know you're gonna think "yeah right, get real!" but imagine if you were in their position, how would you feel? Everyone needs some help sometimes...I wouldn't give anything to the junkie though, sorry but it's her own fault for getting into drugs, I would probably give her some soup as well though but no way I'd give her money cause I know she's probably just spend it on more drugs.

Here's the deal.

1. Walk to bank. Ask the manager to check that the $100 is real.
2. Break $100 into all $20 dollar bills.
3. Give the following amounts out according to need:

$20 Old Lady
$40 Mother with Child
$0 To Junkie (Call local shelter on cellphone to get them help)
$20 To local church as a donation
$20 For yourself to save towards the $100 item.

Helps everyone and hurts no one.

I'd probably keep most of it for myself but if I had some spare change I'd help out the old woman begging for money (provided I hadn't seen her out there panhandling all day every day like the panhandlers we have around here) and I'd probably give a couple bucks and some advice to the young lady with the baby. I mean, welfare here in Canada is pretty generous. I wouldn't give the junkie any money, because even though they're in pain, they're probably suffering withdrawal, and giving them money will just help them score their next fix.

Buy the thing in the window and move on. If the old lady, the junky, or the woman with a baby found the money they wouldn't give it to you. Its a dog eat dog world.

I would give it to the woman w/the baby (maybe not all of it), but her over the others.. the junkie needs to check himself in to rehab, hes not going to do anything but get high w/the $$... The lady with the bags has probably had hard knocks in life.. but if she really wanted to.. she could do something for herself. I wouldn't spend it on me.....I am already blessed so I would try to share the love.....

but as far as the young girl goes.. hopefully she is smart and will save the $$ until she gets a job and uses it for a babysitter!

I'll try to find out the owner. If I can't, I'm not gonna give it to the police and all. I'd rather divide and give it to the old woman (a), young lady (b) and the junkie (c). I'd do the same if I find out the owner is a rich person who's not gonna get hurt if his fortunes get reduced by a 100$.

Nice question, by the way!!

I would go buy a 25 cent pack of chewing gum to break the 100 and split the money between the three. If you were fortunate enough to find it, think of the good that will come to you from helping someone ( or in this case some people). "you reap what you sow"

i have already turned in the junkie on my cell phone call to the police.

The begger is not licensed, so the cops nab her, too. This is prosperous AMERICA, and we pay our beggars from the tax collections, a minimum of $12,900 per year, from the Federal funds! Then, they get Food from the States and the charities!

What a 'racket' for the bunch of mostly drunken or druggie, bums!

The lady with the "baby desparate" won't change HER ways and straighten up and join in all the prosperity, and is clueless and won't learn a thing from any lessons... She has the baby, no man, and can't keep one when she does snag one!

I am a properous contributor to my formal charities, which provide counceling, jobs, and teach responsibility to the 'less fortunate' who are that way because they don't pay attention and obey the laws of prosperity!
Laws of Prosperity - Keep some for yourself!!!
1. Always Optimistic, positive, in my personality and my attitude, I urge and assist others to attain personal responsibility to gain skills, and to attend to their works so that all may prosper.

2. I recognize the limitations of my own skills and direct others to the proper source for good guidance for their problem(s). This is AMERICA, folks! We have 'Poverty' for people earning $29,950 per year, who own two cars, two color TVs, a home, a DVD Entertainment Center, a PS2 or an XBox, and a pet dog or cat!

3. Whenever I am blessed with prosperity, and good fortune, I will NOT squander it upon the waves of ignorant 'users; who don't have the motivation to succeed, to survive, and who don't take personal responsibility for themselves and their 'conditions'.

Many of our 'Poor people have pets, not just 'a' cat or dog, but, LOTS of them! And, Fish or snakes! People in third world countries earn less in one year than those 'poor' pets eat in food!!! But, you CAN, always, in times of need, eat your pet!

So, here's a quarter, go call somebody who cares! I am off to get some gas in the car, and to make a happy, positive change in MY situation! That removes one very 'needy' person from the neighborhood! ME!

I'm saving one starfish at a time, starting with ME!
