I'm gay, and her new bf takes all her time up, I live next door to her and him and all they do is hang out with each other now. I don't think we've spent 2 minutes together just us in 6 months, what should I do?

I know someone who said one of her quirks was she can never make eye contact when she talks to someone, she says it's weird, she can't help it.
I find that sometimes when I'm having a conversation, I'll make eye contact the whole time, but it seems that some people get flustered when you do that, like you're staring at them, even though they're talking to you.
How about you?

I love my husband, but because of his illness and depression, our relationship is platonic. Not my idea, he's just overwhelmed. The doctors say there is no physical limitation. He's seen two counselors who think he's making progress. Once every year or so, doesn't seem like progress to me.

I won't be unfaithful, but I am lonely. And I honestly don't know what to do about that.

How do you decrease or redirect that drive?

I really hate feeling like this, and I have no idea what to do.

The marriage I hoped for is no longer a possibility. How do I grieve it and move on with my husband without dying inside?

How can you make yourself honestly okay with something you would never choose?

I find myself just shutting down, and I don't want to do that. But when I'm open and vulnerable I end up angry with him and I cry a lot. I know that just makes him feel guilty on top of his depression, and I hate that.

What makes the loneliness go away?

Is it because they are too influenced by religion, or because they've never had to confront it, or because they have, and decided against it?

Peole who have horrible childhoods like me and probably the people who are responding do not get the care they need when they are kids. I believe that it sticks with you, the void. I am 21 years old and still wish I had a GOOD mom or dad around to help me and take care of me like a child would be taken care of. Is this bad? Please tell me your story

I think it's generic. Why bother with going out of your way to say "take care"? It reminds me of an old fashioned person (or just old). What kind of relationships do you think say that? None of my friends say that, or family.

Ok. I'm 13 and I don't know if that matters. Anyways I live in a small town so it was weird that this dream took place in a huge city, but there were no cars or ppl out on the streets or sidewalks. I walk into this building w/ 2 open sides and it's like a cafe/restaurant and its huge and grey/silvery...everything is except the ppl. I see the guy I like talking to his friend and he's all nervous cuz he's gonna ask me out. I walk over to a table where my friend (who looks different, but I sense that its her...at the time she was gonna hook the 2 of us up but liked him too) and she had a cake/cupcake type thing w/ pink frosting and sprinkles that mesmorized me somehow. She led me outside and I felt bad for leaving the guy i like inside, but because I was like hypnotised I followed her across the empty street a bit doubtfully and turned and saw the guy i like standing watching me walk away and almost attempting to follow me and she has this almost cruel look on her face. Wht does it mean?
