All the best!

That depends. Microscope or Telescope? India is a large country with diversities of culture and language incomprehensible for one health profession to deal with on a country wide agenda. It is a noble ambition, but I would think a profession has more to learn from the wisdom of such diversity than it has to offer. You see these cultures have been intact for many thousands of years passing down myth, legends and information. It is such culture which binds the micro societies together in the tough time of the past. The macro view reminds us of the westernization, marking the end of days of these cultures. In a thousand years we'll come back to our senses, and need less of mental measurements while we tell stories of myths and legends to our children.

Nearly nil.Applied psychology as a means of therapy, counselling, law, faith, social living, crime&reform etc is recognised only by a few (urban educated elite). In general all Indians think a schizophrenic is demon possessed,a criminal is to be beaten,an atheist is an out cast, and socialising is vulgar.
