It seems to me there could be at least three unexchangable levels of pleasure (i.e. no amount of one level could give you the pleasure on a higher level.
Level 1 = physical pleasure (sex, money, etc.)
Level 2 = family/children (what is your parents greatest pleasure?)
Level 3 = loyalty to a cause (your purpose in life)
What do you think?

Hi. Thinking of becoming a Hindu, but was raised a Xtian.. I grew up hearing that if you change another religion, you'll go to hell. a part of me doesnt beliebe this. I will be a hindu that still believes in Jesus. (and you can go that) But how do you get over feeling guilty, because the support isnt around you? I don't think it's god telling me not to either, so please, serious, non judgemental answers. you can be a hindu (because it is also a way of life) and believe in Jesus, God, ect.

my friend claims to not being able to control his body when he's in this state. his "other" self is a more agressive, angry person. while his "natural" self is more aware of what's happening and is not that much agressive. he has this "dark" side of him. can anyone care to explain??? i don't know if this is a joke or not.

i was about to talk to her about my feelings to her...
at first, i asked "What, do you think of me?"
she said "We are friends"
and there was a moment of silence and i was about to make the move and then she said she wants to go the washroom..
and of course after she came back i told her that i like her but she said that we are friends...
so i don't know wether what she have said is true or not and why did she go to the washroom?
