why are stupid ignorant people allowed to post utter bullshit on this site ?

You are mixing terms improperly by using "legal citizens". Gay can be citizens of this country because the Creator(s) declared that all humans were given by the Creator(s) the unalienable Rights to Life, Liberty, and Pursuit of happiness among other rights. Liberty mean no one over, therefore there are none who can tell the gay he can not be gay and a citizen. That means both lawfully and legally. The two words lawfully and legally have different absolute meanings, though most use them to mean the same..

Oh bless you, I really feel pity and refuse to get angry or annoyed at this comment. I would be extremley sad if I thought the only way i could get attention is through spouting obvious controversial opinions on the net, however, it is quite common for people who are ignored or uninteresting to learn to get attention in this way, they do say any attention is better than none. maybe a better way to get attention is to get a personality.
