i was about to talk to her about my feelings to her...
at first, i asked "What, do you think of me?"
she said "We are friends"
and there was a moment of silence and i was about to make the move and then she said she wants to go the washroom..
and of course after she came back i told her that i like her but she said that we are friends...
so i don't know wether what she have said is true or not and why did she go to the washroom?

She left because she knew what was coming. She either needed time to examine her feelings and make sure that she was right; or she was trying to avoid having you feel embarrassed when she rejected your overtures outright (sparing both you and her some discomfort).
Of course, you asked her again as soon as she came back.
The fact that she reiterated that you were friends AFTER she knew for sure you liked her is your answer.
To her, you're just friends.
Keep your friendship, look for a different girlfriend. Maybe your friendship with her will develop into something more, maybe not. But you can't depend on that.

I'm thinking if you've confessed your feelings to this girl and she all of a sudden needs to go to the washroom theres something she doesn't wanna tell you. Silence, in my opinion is a bad thing. Come on, why the hell can't the washroom wait? What you told her was important she could've waited a little longer!!!

She just went to the rest she would have asked some questions to herself later and then should would have come to a conclusion, if really it is a nature call she would have thought for a moment, if she is having some mobile she would have called somebody and asked for a sujjestion lot of things matters buddy

she went to the restroom because of the uncomfortable moment of silence. she composed herself & came back out after taking a couple of deep breaths & restated her position again.
she just wants to be friends
i'm sorry to be the one to tell you, but now you need to decide if you can stay friends with her without hitting on her.
just be her friend & if it was meant to be then things might develop but, until than make sure you don't push her away. it would be terrible to lose a friend.

don't be so lame, you never ask what someone thinks of you , that appears insecure and it is. what move was you about to make, getting on your knees and begging? she told you straight up, it doesn't get any plainer than that, she went to the washroom to piss probably. or to avoid wussboy, lol

If she said that she likes you as a friend, then she likes you as a friend and that's it. Don't try to figure it out any more than that, it isn't complicated. Why does it matter why she went to the bathroom? She only likes you as a friend.

she went to the bathroom because she knew you were going to confess your feelings towards her and she needed more time to think about how she was going to turn you down or to call one of her girlfriends for advice. Girls are weird like that sorry.

Because she was uncomfortable. Sometimes relationships take a while to build. It is always great if you can start as friends.
