Schizophrenia is not Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), the condition that used to be known as Multiple Personality Disorder, you should read Laing (written lots and can find him on net), he looks at schizophrenia from a unique perspective (unique at the time) and it has been suggested by some critics that he was schizophrenic.
in answer to question of People with DID here are the names of a few books:
Got Parts? An Insider's Guide to Managing Life Successfully with Dissociative Identity Disorder (New Horizons in Therapy) by A. T. W.
Becoming One: A Story of Triumph Over Multiple Personality Disorder by Sarah E. Olson
First Person Plural : My Life As a Multiple by Cameron West
A Fractured Mind : My Life with Multiple Personality Disorder by Robert B. Oxnam
Lina In Search Of Lina: The History And Treatment Of A Patient With Multiple Personality Disorder by Rolando I. Haddad
The Magic Daughter : A Memoir of Living with Multiple Personality Disorder by Jane Phillips

Hope this helps

Schizophrenics don't have many personalities. Schizophrenia is constantly being confused with Multiple Personality Disorder. Schizophrenia is characterized by delusions, hallucinations and lacking sense of reality among other symptoms. Multiple Personality Disorder is characterized by having multiple personalities.

So no, a schizophrenic would not write many versions of their autobiography.

Thats not schizophrenia....what your talking about is multiple personality disorder.
But if they were to write an autobiography, then it would be full of people that don't exist that he hallucinated with and formed from imagination.
