Social Science - 7 June 2006

I am in my early twenties. I have been told for the better part of the last decade that i don't act my age. I had one minor stint when i was a "reckeless" teen. But other than that... i just don't seem to be very interested in the things most 20 something people are interested in. I find it exhausting talking with people who look at me and say... "That was such a great age!"

Anyone who feel that they can enlighten me... Please do!

Fair enough if you carry on if it is an adult cause for all you know you could get knifed. Still i would stop and keep my distance whilst talking to the person. But 6 people drove on after seeing a child on the road? And swerved because she was in their path? I can't get my head around this.
What is there so much apathy in society?

Or do you think that is totally untrue? I have thought positive things before and nothing good ever came from it.
Now when I think of the worse posssible scenario, I am usually right and if I'm not, then I'm pleasantly surprised. Don't you feel thinking positive all the time is really only setting yourself up for failure?
