I am in my early twenties. I have been told for the better part of the last decade that i don't act my age. I had one minor stint when i was a "reckeless" teen. But other than that... i just don't seem to be very interested in the things most 20 something people are interested in. I find it exhausting talking with people who look at me and say... "That was such a great age!"

Anyone who feel that they can enlighten me... Please do!

I believe because the saying goes when you are twenty you are old enough to know better but too young to care. Life is a little more care free because all the fruit that was forbidden until you turn twenty one is now all available, people experiement with their limits in their twenties, realize in there thirties that they are not getting any younger and need to start taking life a bit more seriously.

I wanted to be 17 forever. I don't see how any part of your life can be so great either. I guess when you look back at the past, it is just seeing what you did and often wishing you could relive certain events or to change them. Personally when I look back, I wish I knew then what I know now. I would have appreciated the present time more so, than wishing I were some place else.

Late twenties now...:)

I think it looks better in hindsight. My 20s were very difficult. Life is easy and great now that i am 45. Remember rose colored glasses get between people and the past.

You are just an adult, but still have the time and age to make mistakes and correct your life.
