Here's my procedure on "Are dogs red-green color blind?":

1.) Take black and white photos of an assortment of colored paper to see what shade they are in black and white.

2.) Gather four jars. Wrap two pieces of paper that are the same color around two of the jars.

3.) Place a green background on a wall. Do same for red on next test.

4.) On the the other two jars, wrap a piece of green paper around it and red around the other.

4.) Put a treat in one jar and place the same colored jars on the ground. Train the dog to pick one jar.

5.) After dog is trained, switch one of the same colored jars with a green one. If the dog does not pick the green one the majority of the time (100 tests), then s/he cannot identify the jar. Therefore, not being able to SEE the color green.

6.) Repeat steps 1 - 5 except use the different colored jar being the color red.

Does this sound correct to you? If not, please elaborate on your idea. Thanks!

One breed of pigs and one breed of sheep share a name. The pig is black with a white belt over the shoulder. The sheep is a meat type and is white with black legs and face. What is the breed?

Please help me out with this! I've been searching everywhere and can't find it! Please also tell the website where you found it.

I have relatives who love to hunt. I think its not right but they went last night duck hunting and with the dead ducks they brought one that is still alive, just with a hurt wing. It has like a bullet wound and it may be broken. its bleeding, but not badly. Its either I cure it or they kill it. Can someone tell me what can I do?

Alright, my 4yo daughter asked me this and I said no. But how do they get nutrients in the egg? Isn't there a connection between GI tract and the yolk of the egg?

I'm specifically wondering if the "Jumbo" or "XDL"s, since they are larger birds, lay larger eggs.
