Alright, my 4yo daughter asked me this and I said no. But how do they get nutrients in the egg? Isn't there a connection between GI tract and the yolk of the egg?

No. Reptiles hatch from eggs, so they don't have belly buttons. A belly button is actually a scar left behind from when you were attached to your mother in the womb. Only mammals have belly buttons.

No they do not because they absorb the yoke before they are hatched or born live. There is nothing that ties them to the mother.
