After years of being classified with raccoons
because of their convergent similarity to the lesser
panda, the giant panda has been definitively placed with the other bears. This actually should
have been obvious a long time ago from a thorough study of their anatomy, but the similarity
to the lesser panda fooled people for a long time.

Panda Bears are "Party Animals" they eat a good Breakfast and are drunk and ignorant by 10 a.m.

Giant pandas are more like bears than any other animal. the pandas have their own genus but they have been genetically linked to bears
