Weather - March 2007

Like in summer, winter, fall, and spring... if the temperature was 70 degrees Fahrenheit during summer or something like that. Please help!!

I have read that it is because the earth surface gets heated up and the the heated surface of the earth heats the layer of the atmosphere above it. So it is hotter than the air at high altitudes. But this does not explain why mountains are cooler. Can any one one please explain?

Why is it that the elderly is always cold? You go into they house in the summer and the heat is on im like my goodness. Some people in mid ages are always cold too.

I come from a place where we have no seasons, it is sunny (except for a few rains) and about 22°C during the whole year, so the trees are green all the time. I'm living in Montreal now and spring is finally coming. I wanted to know how long does it usually take for the trees to grow leaves?

I need the forecast for this weekend. He said that rain all weekend and last weekend we stayed in cause it was suppost to rain which it didn't and we wasted a sunny weekend in doors not knowing to do what we planned.
