No one can give you an aswer with anything close to 100% accuracy, as it is too far in the future. The best forecast programs go only up to 10 days, and even then, they are not great.
Of course, in some areas the climate is such that the weather is mostly the same all year round (the Sahara desert, for example), so they can give a better long-term forecast - but even in the Sahara it rains sometimes.
