I would have to say San Diego. I mean, technically speaking, it does get down in the upper 50's lower 60's at times, but in general, San Diego.

San Diego if you're near the ocean in a $2000 a month apartment. Go ten miles inland and it can be over 100 in the summer.

San Diego. That's where I wish I lived because 70 degrees is my favorite temperature, so if it could be like that all year round, book me a ticket to San Diego please! lol

The West Coast is more moderate, doesn't change temperature as much since the Ocean really affects the temperature. I would say either Hawaii or Oregon.

San Diego comes to mind, it has one of the mildest climates imaginable.
Even Hawaii gets hotter in the summer. Oregon gets chilly in winter.
